First time going here staff are so polite and helpful, beautiful place to eat in or outside or even just a nice cold beer, food was fantastic and good prices .

Lovely pub, food excellent and reasonable prices. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would go there again..

Never been here before and we will definitely return. The service & food was outstanding. Had pie of the day and can honestly say it was the best we'd had for a long time. Definitely worth a visit.

Really good pub food can’t be faulted, beer cellar well kept and reflected through to the beer Good guest aleSerious consideration should be given to replacing the spot lights with LED down lights in the dining area. Not only would it save a fortune in energy costs it would give a soft and pleasant eating area instead of the brightly lite area it currently doesWe did ask a member of staff if they could divert the lights from pointing directly at us this was done but it was still far too bright

Good local pub, small and cosy and family friendly. Great food, fairly affordable and their chocolate & orange cake is absolutely delicious!

Poor management! We had a table booked at 12.15 and our food was served to us at 1.30 and could see other people who ordered after us were getting there food before us. So decided to bring this to attention to the staff at the bar away from the restaurant however the manager thought we were being rude to the staff so were pulled away however this was not the case we were just stating our frustration in a polite manner no hash tones used. We had been there many times before and thought it would be nice to celebrate as a family for my mum's birthday however after this experience we will not be returning here due that the lack of customer service not from the floor staff but management! The food wasn't up to standard either the lasagne I ordered was mainly cheese no white cream sauce so over all a flop. Empty glasses were also left to build up when the place wasn't overly busy.

Amazing stunning food. Cosy yet large, warm atmosphere, open fire and very quick service. Try it and find out for yourself. Fillet steak with Diane sauce, mushrooms, chips, salad and coleslaw just perfect.
