The Snack Shack in Stevenage

After having a few nice meals from burger box, we ordered 2 burgers and a goujon box this weekend. When it arrived the burgers were barely warm and the goujon box was freezing, it was also half the size it previously was with the most disgusting shop bought watery coleslaw. The chips were reheated and the cheese wasn’t melted.Considering the order was £25 the value of the food and size of portion was awful.

We ordered cheese burgers, chips, loaded fried and some chicken pieces. I thought it was great. The loaded fried were spicy/hot, which I enjoyed. Food was quick, fairly priced and I will be ordering again. I wanted to order the Smash cheese burger, but there was no description/picture or option to add another pattie, so went with a normal cheese burger with extra cheese and chilli's. Very tasty nevertheless.

An absolutely fantastic experience. Amazing burgers, crisp fries, smooth shakes and probably the best service for any restaurant in stevenage. The burgers are made to perfection. And it is halal. Best restaurant in stevenage hands down.

One of the best burgers I have had in this country. A decent amount of variety. Very king staff and luckily I had a chance to meet the owner who was very kind. Overall, I’d give this food 10 out of 10.Edit: I come to burger box at least 10 times a month

First time trying burger box and it did not disappoint! Quick delivery, driver found our house as he followed the directions we gave (believe me many just ignore the directions and then complain they can’t find us!) food was hot and really good. Will definitely be ordering again!

Tasty food. Smash burger and hot dog are must trys.Note when ordering online - don't order anything before 1 hour after opening (even if time is available on the website).Normal burgers a bit dry.

The Great and best service with delicious food . Always quick with hot food delivery service. I recommend for all to try. Great customer service and very warm welcome staff members. Remember, they have wide varieties on the menu.

Just had the smash burger, apparently its only recently been added to the menu but I don't know why they didn't add it sooner. It's my favourite burger I've had from there (and I've tried all of them), will definitely be buying it again. Thank you!

delicious, have been going religiously every week. the burgers are mouth watering and flavour bursts out with each bite. you can taste each carefully layered condiment and the sauces compliment it perfectly. my favourite is the texan smashed burger with the crispy sweet potato fries however i was urged to give the hotdogs a try and they did not disappoint at all, i was so surprised with how juicy they were and the normal fries, i was annoyed at myself for not trying them sooner. the staff were great and quick, its perfect. i highly recommend.

Texan Steak burger and Chicken Bbq burger were amazing and all still hot after being delivered. Wish I could give it more stars!! Milkshakes are amazing too.Great customer service, friendly staff, freshly cooked food. We will be ordering again..Give them a try everyone you won't be disappointed!
