Food was 👍great! Actually surprised the childrens chicken nuggets was not processed but real chicken! The adults food all good. Very happy. Staff attentive, great happy relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended

Nice burger, fajitas were OK and cocktails pretty good as well. Great staff very nice and good at their jobs. Our waiter the man with very short hair remembered who ordered what on a nearly 20 people group even when some people swapped seats after ordering. Impressive. And he was excellent with everything else throughout

I visited TGI Fridays (Stevenage Leisure Park) as part of a group. The menu and food on offer was not to my taste, very dull no taste with an overriding sweetish sauce on certain foods. However, the customer service was superb especially from a young lady who served us, I can be quite difficult and exacting when dining out. Obviously everyone has differing tastes because other people including children were enjoying their food so it's important to make it understood that this was my personal experience of the evening. Children will enjoy TGI especially if parents inform the staff that it's their childs birthday.

Clean, staff were all pleasant and service was fairly fast, food was all really tasty, I had the vegan burger which was nice just the sauces inside melt fast so I didn't look to glamorous dripping everywhere 😅 would eat here again

Arrived for booked reservation to be immediately told there are no nachos, no potatoes skins, no beef burgers and no chicken burgers. Very slow service considering place was quiet and surprised vacated tables were left uncleared for the duration of our stay. Starters were OK but 2 of us ordered the Cajun Blackened Salmon Caesar salad, as a main course, that was not even seasoned with salt and pepper let alone cajun spice. One only had a tiny amount of dressing (more was provided on request). Only after we left we realised there was also no cheese on the caesar salad. The place was so lacking in food options the table next left for a short while to buy McDonalds meals which they ate in TGI Fridays with the rest of their group. Definately would not return.

Shared the sesame chicken strips and Fridays glazed burger with my wife. As always it was great. My only issue was waiting 25 minutes after sitting down before anyone came for our drink order. The place was half empty, otherwise all else was good.

Made a booking, arrived and was told that we would have to squish as a family of 5 into a booth for 4, as they couldn’t honour our booking, was not informed prior.Waited for 20’mins before we had our choices ordered.Waited a good 35/40 mins for food to arrived, boys becoming fractious and hungry, saw what was our food sat for 10’mins under a lamp, to when it arrived, the chips were cold.Sons burger was inedible, husbands medium rare steak was cooked far too long, and very tough, but he ate it unhappily due to not seeing a server to mention this.Sadly we made the long journey, as we don’t live by a TGI’s, looked forward to it, and then very disappointed. Will not be returning any time soon, and sadly put us off trying another branch.

Food was amazing. I had the ultimate paradise punch to drink which cost just under £10. But worth it. Starters amazing. Chicken strips with Jack Daniels sauce melted in your mouth. Burgers for main which were delicious. Would definitely recommend

It was different as we went while social distancing. Service was good and the food was good too.We had to scan the menu app before placing our order. The food was prepared pretty quickly too which was actually a bonus because prior to the pandemic, food prep took forever! All in all, it was a good atmosphere and the food was lovely. Price wise, a bit on the expensive side ( 2 adults and 3 kids meals plus 1 drink each and 3 puddings £85) but it's not often we go so it was a worthwhile treat.

Overall Rating:⭐️⭐️Price For Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️Overall the price of the food/drinks at TGI Fridays is quite expensive in certain areas. Given the portions you receive for the price you pay for certain products doesn’t really justify the price. However certain products are reasonably priced.Speed of Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️On this particular day the speed of service was fine. No real issues here and the waiters were regularly checking for updates on drinks.Food Quality: ⭐️Overall quality of my food was extremely poor. I paid £27 for the Texan Grill. Everything was stone cold besides the chips being lukewarm. I don’t understand how it could all be stone cold given this restaraunt uses hotlights. However due to being in a group with others I decided to remain quiet and not want to cause a fuss. Even the brownie I ordered for dessert wasn’t exactly “hot”Restaraunt Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The overall cleanliness of the store was okay. I have no real issues with the cleanliness. Staff were regularly cleaning tables and sanitising.AOB-I have no other business to add.
