Bahama Breeze in Suffolk Coastal

The food was really nice. But the service was pretty slow to the point where we had to remind them about drinks orders that where being made. The staff however are friendly and polite. I think that a 26pound service charge, added to the bill all be it optional is a bit steep given the slow service. I thought the whole point of a tip was to give, if you where happy with the service and was at your own discretion. I just find it rude to have it slapped on the bill. I go in shops other amenities and the staff there work hard but they don't slap a service charge on your bill what's different about a restaurant.

Remarkable experience.I had a great time at Turtle Bay.I ordered 1 mojito 🍹 and they come up with 2 for the price of 1🤩 How good is that!!Great atmosphere.Service fab and friendly.Fantastic decoThey give this offers some days during the week, until 7 pm.Next time I will be in Norwich I will visit Turtle Bay again.

Fantastic place stunning fun restaurant. Staff friendly food tasted fab . Menu is themed so may not appeal to all tastes. Cocktails were lovely catch them on the 2-1 . Not watered down like some other bars you go to. Would recommend.

I had a great evening at Turtle Bay! The food was great and the service from Evie was superb. She was really friendly, bubbly and helpful too! I would recommend The only reason stopping me from giving it 5 stars was the fries! The fries were too spicy and there was no option to have plain ones

Absolutely amazing place celebrated my sisters 50th birthday there couldn't of been any better and our waitress LAUREN was amazing couldn't do enough fir us from the mi use we got there till the minute we left will go back again xxx

Sounds lovely from the advertisements. However when you arrive at half 9 for a table of two during happy hour you’re told to leave as fully booked... There’s one table of 4 people at this point. We walk back past at almost 11, still only the one table of what is now 3 people. Yep sounds really full. Just sent us away in the hope of closing early x 👍👍

We stopped here for a couple of drinks on Saturday and so glad we did. The cocktails were lovely, even better as they were 2 for 1. We sat up the bar and the bar staff, Eryn and Theo were amazing, so friendly and helpful. We were celebrating a couple of birthdays and they made our visit extra special. Cannot wait to come here again when we next visit Norwich, this time we will eat as well as the menu looked so good. Highly recommend a visit if you are in Norwich, if you're lucky you'll be served by Eryn and Theo.

Visited here for bottomless brunch. The restaurant is lovely and the toilets are clean. There was a large selection of drinks which I enjoyed trying. The food was delicious, however we expected the burgers to come with chips on the side, or at least a slightly smaller plate for the burger. I had the vegetarian no moo burger and it was lovely. Despite the points above, I would rate this a total of five stars because our server, Lauren was absolutely lovely. Lauren ensured we had our drinks and food, she was so friendly and this Turtle Bay is very lucky to have a server like Lauren.

First visit this afternoon with my wife and we really enjoyed the meal. Great vibes in this restaurant, looks great with the Caribbean theme throughout. The food is jam packed with flavours 👌🏻 Good value for money. Very good covid measures in place and they even provide hand sanitizer at the table (which is the first restaurant I’ve seen do this). Friendly staff also. Would recommend and we will be returning. Many thanks.
