Caffe Nero - Felixstowe in Suffolk Coastal

Better decaf mocha than C***a. Not so sickly sweet.

This is the nicest Nero I have been in. Really lovely staff, very clean, great coffee and lovely jazz. Oh and dog friendly!

Friendly staff, one guy always remembers regulars

I visited this place in Felixstowe on 31st December and was disgusted with hygiene measures especially with what is happening with the Covid pandemic.Toilet was dirty and unclean . Floor looked as though it had never seen water. Dogs were allowed in, with no sign on the door to say it was "doggy friendly". I am severely allergic to dogs so would not have gone in had I known.and ended up having to take medication. There were 5 dogs in there at the time.Dogs were allowed to jump all over the chairs and owners were allowed to let their dogs drink out of their cup and saucers and staff watched them and said nothing..I doubt if all the furniture was sanitised or the floor cleaned before the next people were sat down,only 3 staff on shift,they were clearing tables but not wiping the tables or chairs before the people sat down.The kitchen area at the back did not look much better with staff coats hanging on end of shelves that food stuffs were on.I will never visit one of your places again. Your standards need looking at.and totally revised and staff need better training.

Staff friendly and helpful. More than other Caffè Nero I have visited around the country.

A plesant relaxing atmosphere, with Soft Jazz music playing in background. Good service comfortable chairs, plesant helpful staff. Nothing was too much bother. Would definitely go back.

Great coffee but a bit dirty and tables weren't clearrd of dirty cups and plates until we asked.

This is a really nice cafe with comfortable seats set up in such a way that you can relax and chat without feeling like you are at an interview. Usual Caffe Nero fair so you know what you are getting - good coffee at a fair price.

This is the first cafe I've visited since lockdown began. I'm so glad I did! It was a really lovely, calm experience. The staff were fantastic at managing what is not an easy situation. It was a baking hot day and myself and my mother in law were able to enjoy a cold drink inside the cafe, in the cool.
