A nice place to relax and enjoy all the excellent services they offer.

Coffee Link Neptune Key, The place to be. Lovely staff, full of fun and festive cheer 🎄🎅. I called in for a hot drink and light lunch.. There is a great range of light snacks, cakes and toasties from which to choose..I was invited to take a seat and the staff brought my toastie and flat white to my table. I was impressed. Would recommend and definitely use this little gem again.

Great value coffee shop with great views across Ipswich waterfront.

Good coffee and food.However, reluctant to return to this waterfront in Ipswich due to the surrounding exterior being so very grey and bleak. What is needed is for traders along the waterfront to place plenty of varied seasonal planting including evergreen plants to bring beauty and a sense of calm to the senses of all visitors, which will help boost trading.

Reasonable prices. Good range of coffee syrups. There cakes are amazing and change daily. Quick service and friendly staff. Lovely spot on the waterfront. For a quick bite or for students on the go it's perfect.

Fairtrade coffee, tasty snacks, nice atmosphere and views over the marina.

Excellent independent. Azzouz (the business owner) has done extremely well building this family-run business over the past 12 years. Customer service is high, coffee beans are roasted themselves, couldn't recommend them enough!

Great coffee shop. Fantastic views over ipswich marina which never get boring.Coffeelink take great pride in the quality of the coffee which they roast themselves and offer a wide variety of drinks and tailor according to your preferences.The staff are friendly and helpful and the owner takes time to speak to customers despite now running several branches.
