Great place to meet friends and family. Staff are really friendly and make you feel really welcome. Love when they say thank you and goodbye too. Makes you feel like part of thier family team too.

Having to use a stick to support me since my bout of Sciatica, staff at coffee shops offer to bring the tray over to me which is a great help, thank you most kindly for helping me.

Friendly staff, good selection of drinks and milk alternatives, both dining area and toilet were very clean.

The strawberry lemonade was described as tasting of sugar and bleach! The toasties were excessively greasy and the Cinnamon bun was stale. The only saving grace was the staff who were friendly and polite will not go back to Costa again

Good coffee and very nice staff. Fast service and they have Christamas themed hot chocolates in the season. Very nice!
