Best in town for chips and there sclopped potatos are great

Disgusting meal. The cod, what there was of it was very thin and welded to the batter, so no nice white flakes that you expect with cod. It tasted dry and stale with no flavour whatsoever. The chips were greasy and had a green tinge to them. They weren't even peeled properly and some had black bits on the ends. I won't be eating there again. It could have been a nice meal but they wasted my money with their apathy.

Nice tasty food, all part of the seaside atmosphere.

Best one down the sea front, was shut one week and we tried the one down the road towards the pier and it was DEAD!

Great fish and chips cooked to order

The fish and chips were lovely. The only negative as a customer is that you have to queue to be served. Was worth the wait :)

Just had the misfortune of eating fish chips and mushy peas from this place!.......an absolute insult to fish and chips!!! the batter was awful the chips still managed to be undercooked even though we had to wait over 15 minutes for the peas to be cooked aparently!....and as for the peas when they finally arrived!!! i've honestly never seen anything like them.....when we saw how nuked they were we realised these people didn't have a quality control department or a 'chef'......also to top it off the service was abysmal and borderline rude, we should've known better really, rule number one, never wait for stuff to be cooked to order at a chippy......there's always a good reason they're not busy........never again, especially since Felixstowe is choc full of good chippies.

Disgusting chips dripping in grease. A lot of them black. However, the worst part was the customer service. The woman serving was so so rude. No manners, rushed me out the door. I asked for salt and vinegar and she put some sachets in the bag?! Also I asked for an extra tray and she said “10p” and I asked for a bag and she continued ... “15p”. Her manner was so bad. To be honest the shop stunk so I should have gone with my instincts

Went here on Friday night with my friends after a stressful day at work. We picked here because it’s usually really good. Although the food was okay, the staff were incredible rude. They never created us or even bothered to make eye contact with us. They kept tutting and sighing when we asked a couple of questions and when my friend asked for extra forks for our friends outside the girl answered with attitude saying she’d already given us some. I understand it must be busy for them but there’s no need to rudeness.
