Lovely pub. Great food. Pleasant staff. Highly recommended.

Always a brilliant menu, full of interesting choices. Never can decide what start to have out of it all! Chef Dan cooks every meal superb, especially his variety of fish dishes!Lovely warm homely feel to the bar with a good selection of real ales, largers and gins.Think your local pub, with amazing food and great service.

Such a lovely pub, we popped in with our dog and we’re immediately handed treats and a great little table with plenty of space. The food was delicious (so much better than average pub food) and the atmosphere was lovely with everyone happy to have a chat. We will definitely pop back when we come back this way. Would love to have been able to stay and chat with the bar staff!

What a find! I think we've found a new favourite for eating out. The food was excellent, I was hard pressed to just choose only one thing from the menu - I liked the look of, and wanted to try them all! Friendly service- we will be coming back again...soon!

It was our first visit to The Green Man and definitely not our last.The welcome was very friendly, the pub has a lovely warm and relaxed atmosphere.Very good menu choices of fish, meat and vegetarian to suit all.We really enjoyed our meal, fresh and good quality ingredients all cooked and presented perfectly.Everything tasted absolutely delicious 😋.We'll be going back at the first opportunity.Best to book ahead as it's a very popular place for a very good reason.

Welcoming atmosphere with a staff that is friendly and inviting. Spacious indoor seating and lovely outdoor seating as well. And the food is great! Highly recommended.

Superb food, great selection of beers and wine, friendly welcoming staff, a superb chef and a very comfortable pub environment. One of the best pubs in Suffolk. Highly recommended!

We had the roast beef and roast lamb . The beef was by far the best beef I have tasted, the veg were cooked to perfection . And the gravy was so tasty. Very reasonable price , especially for the portion size. 😋

Great to see the Pub reopen under new ownership - Excellent food and great outside seating area. The Sweet Chilli Chicken Wings were delicious with lots of flavours. Tuna Steak with crispy egg was excellent but after the Chicken Wings it beat me!

Yummy yummy. Amazing amazing food - so much love has gone into it now the pub is in great new hands. I can't recommend it enough. The menu has something for everyone and the drinks are so well thought out. What an amazing turnaround. Lovely welcome with a large garden, lots of space and a very smart look both inside and out. The chef is a genius. A small but perfectly formed menu - we both decided next time we will swap plates half way through lunch. A lovely spot to just have a pint and watch the ducks. Dogs, kids, everyone welcome.
