High Lodge Leisure Ltd in Suffolk Coastal

High Lodge is a leisure complex comprising a clay shooting ground, a fishing lake and a number of luxury lodges. This review covers only the shooting facilities.A lovely shooting ground with a large number of stands covering all disciplines. The welcome is friendly and there's a nice cafe offering breakfast, lunch and light bites. The complex is modern, clean and tidy with plenty of parking. Well worth a visit but book first.

Very friendly staff, good food and coffee. First time clay shooting with friends. Alan was our instructor and he was a perfect gentleman, very experienced and informative. Already booked another afternoon's experience with my family

Always a great pre Xmas shoot here with 100 Clays and a 3 course meal!! 3rd year we've been and definitely on the list for next Xmas!

High lodge always deliver, Great ground, facilities,staff & targets. Well worth a visit.

My wife are coming to the end of our week here .its been great we've stayed in the willow Lodge .all I can say is wow really great well equipped everything you need .plenty of space. Bedroom. Bathroom. Living room .hot tub like being in the bath .previous reviews mention the shooting noise well we are on a shooting range .but not a nuisance .Good relaxing holiday Well done .check in was painless everything top class

Had a family gathering lunch today, which was a carvery. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent.We were greeted with cheery smiles & nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.The food was superb, all 8 of us remarked on how lovely it tasted.The desserts were good portions & delightful.They only do carveries on Sunday's but in December they do a Wednesday as well. It isn't the cheapest deal, but when everything is so enjoyable it's worth every penny.We will be coming back🤗👍

Had a great day here, ate lunch which was reasonably priced and tasty. Drinks reasonable.Went on to do clay pigeon shooting. Group of 6 of us who had never done it before went off with 25 shots each and an instructor. He was excellent and helped us all to shoot the Clays. We had a brilliant time, he was also very funny.Will definitely return to do more clay pigeon shooting and give the archery there a go.

A nice chilled out place with good food. They also offer soy milk to us non dairy folk. :) They have just very good home style food here. Its also very reasonably priced and the portion sizes are great as well. I highly recommend coming here.

Great holiday forth visit we love it here. So relaxing, lodges are a high standard, fishing is good lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Staff are welcoming and helpful. We will be returning. Yes there is clay pigeon shooting it’s part of the facilities not a problem for us didn’t effect our holiday you get used to it.

We stayed for three days, it was excellent. Clean, spacious lodge, everything provided, including an hot tub. Clean, quiet grounds and lots of wildlife. You can hear the silence, perfect. We had a very good breakfast here on the day we left. Thanks to Liz on reception, she booked our lodge and gave clear instructions how to find High Lodge, thank you. Highly recommended
