Cannot fault the nursery team (Bryan and his trainee)! Very knowledgeable and made us feel so much more at ease, especially as first time mum. They were not pressuring, super welcoming and gave fantastic personalised, realistic advice. I’ve walked away with a very positive view of John Lewis! Will definitely continue to pop back in as my little one grows. The lady on the checkout was very friendly and polite as well. Brilliant team!

The service we just received from an older gentleman with glasses was impeccable. He went above and beyond to tell us everything we needed to know about the television we were asking for. He wasn't just trying to sell us the most expensive he was trying to sell us the one that fits our needs the best! Can't ask for better than that! Thanks

Thank you to lady assistant who talked me through John Lewis app so l can now see my receipts on my phone. Also collect rewards. Enquiring about two electrical equipments both sales personnel were very helpful, l recommend shopping in the home store.

A bit rubbish.Waitrose you expect to have some great premium products on offer and a decent service. The range of vegan foods is quite limited. If someone who works at Waitrose were to take a walk around a Sainsburys or Tesco they should feel embarrassed at how far behind they are in this sector.

Had an enjoyable hour looking at the wares, - did not find anything suitable amongst gifts for my 9 year old grand daughter but found other things for my grandsons! Staff very helpful.

Varied selection of various goods and household items of the middle to lower upper range (quality).The range of items is reasonably broad yet not that large overall (try the web site for a fuller range).Electronics fair, kitchen and homewares good/more than reasonable, white goods fair, home furniture /furnishings fair to good.Always happy to pop in and browse, although the prices are slightly more than what I would like to pay, but it is John Lewis and you pay their price for the quality of the items. Staff are helpful and friendly.
