Kfc in Suffolk Coastal

First time coming to this KFC after a day trip. Food is okay but beware around the premises after dark as there is no lighting in the car park, total darkness, an accident waiting to happen!!! Poorly sign posted too as we tried to find the entrance to this place. Need improvements.

Ordered via the app for drive thru collection around 9pm when i arrived I was told (Oh we don't do that here you will have to park up and come inside for your order!) even though the app says it does. So I go in there is 1 other customer there so it's not busy i eventually get my order and when I get home I find they didn't even get the order right. I would advise you avoid using this KFC you will only be disappointed.

Ordered a burger through drive thru, got home to realise completely the wrong burger meal.Not exactly the hardest job in the world to read a ticket/screen and put the correct meal into a bag. lolPeople man, can’t tell their a*se from their elbow.

Terrible! Young rude counter staff!!!There was a meal missing from our order, so we went up just to let them know. We were just greeted with attitude! We're also told that we couldn't have the chicken we ordered as we would now have to wait for 20 minutes!! But we could have hot wings instead.Unfortunately this is not our first bad experience but we stupidly came back lol

What happened to this place???We used to use KFC quite a lot. We stopped all fast food for a while.Just fancied a Large Boneless Banquet, and what I got was embarrassing.The popcorn chicken that comes with the meal, it looked like a child's portion!Almost like a toy you'd get and put in a little pretend shop.The 3 (or supposedly 4) chicken fillets were so small, they were basically held together with the new and unimproved recipe of no herbs or spices batter.Seriously. They don't even add salt anymore!I'm so unimpressed with this, that it will definitely be a while before we go back.The popcorn chicken boxes are hilarious and belong in a happy meal for children, not something an adult is going to eat.All in all, £20 for 2 people who are still hungry after this apparent "Banquet"We even splashed out the £5 extra for "large" popcorn chicken which isn't large at all.It's about the size of a child's popcorn portion at the movies.Won't be going back there in a hurry.You've done a Colonel a disservice! He'd be turning in his Gravy!11 herbs and spices? I'd say there's one, and thats pepper!Add your own salt.And apologise to the Colonel who wouldn't allow this on his watch!

Avoid ..Right now.. every single table filthy. Floor covered in food. No one cleaning. Got order wrong. Zinger burger not hot so replaced.Toilets disgusting stinking. No hand sanitiser everywhere. 3rd world standard.

Purchased some food from here lunchtime as working nearby .. Haven't had kfc in a few years ...I must say what an absolute load of shi*e... would not have fed it to a dog. Over done fries and chicken . Nothing like I remember from years back ...Will be in no hurry to buy any more .

The food was ok this time, but the drink was flat and warm. Drive through wasn't an option on the app this time, so I had to go in, being disabled, the thought of getting out of the car again and walking in this heat, tbh, I'd rather drink a luke warm flat coke, which was handy really 😅

Staff were rude and acted like they paid for the napkins out of their own pocket. Gave us 2 forks to share between 3 and the food was soggy and undercooked. A shame realy has it used to be ok

Brilliant KFC!I can genuinely say i've never step foot into a cleaner KFC in my life. This place is clean, quick and with really helpful and quick staff. Would recommend !
