Kingfishers Cretingham in Suffolk Coastal

We had a great weekend at this beautiful site. The bouncy pillow and water/sand play in particular were wonderful for the children and kept them amused throughout. We will be looking forward to a return visit!Many thanks to the team at Kingfishers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We camped here originally for three nights but stayed an extra night as we enjoyed the place so much. The pitches are thoughtfully laid out for maximum space in beautiful natural surroundings. The toilet and shower cubicles are really cool, shower was hot and powerful too. The lakeside shack was great for a coffee while the kids played on the "beach". The adventure playground was a hit with the kids too and the bar restaurant area is very nice. We will definitely return soon as it's fairly local and we all had a really enjoyable relaxing stay.

Such beautiful surroundings we just keep coming back! Kids love spending the day by the lake on the kayaks and rowing boats. We enjoy some peace and a cold drink while they enjoy the new sand play area, and bouncy pillow! So much to do here in the gorgeous tranquil countryside.

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely setting. Plenty of options for kids too - especially if they enjoy a little bit of freedom.The Friday night pizza is amazing and make sure you sample the goodies from the deli.

Having not played golf for many years I thought I would visit Kingfishers to see what had to offer.What I found ,and just importantly my family found , was a warm welcome for us all from the moment we walked through the door .I love the relaxed, but challenging nature of the golf course , giving me the opportunity to recharge the batteries! Often I meet Matthew on his tractor and discuss the latest course conditions and just how bad I am playing . That bit doesn't really matter to meAs a family we enjoy the family activities Kingfishers has presented over the last couple of years , such as at Christmas and Halloween with art activities .The food provided by Lou and the team is delicious and I look forward to sampling more of their delights in the very near future .I was a bit nervous going back to golf after so long but I was put completely at my ease and welcomed with a warm smile whenever I go to what is my top place to relax .Thank you Claire, Matthew, Lou and your team.Mr P

As a family we really enjoy going to Kingfishers. My son and partner love to hit a ball or two on the driving range and then go round the golf course where as my daughter and I much prefer having a hot chocolate and cake in the clubhouse.We all enjoy the woodfired pizza's made by Lou and Adam on a Friday night along with the use of the new play equipment. This summer we look forward to using the boating lake for the first time.

Just returned from a long weekend here, stayed in one of their stunning log cabins. The place is an absolute hidden gem set in the most beautiful of surroundings. The staff are truly exceptional and cannot do enough for you, the food, amazing cocktails and cakes all fabulous and the space is doggy friendly which was perfect for us. Super location in the middle of nowhere but a short drive to the coast of many of the Suffolk attractions. Thank you so much Kingfishers, you made our Jubilee weekend xx Jo & Michael

Having recently stayed at Kingfishers we would like to thank you for a fantastic stay, this is definitely one of Suffolk's hidden gems.
