Mcdonald's Restaurants in Suffolk Coastal

Chips came out cold but fresh hot ones soon brought out when a returned them. The burgers look like they have decreased on size even more!!

Car park was fairly full on Mother’s Day at 20:00 🕗. The drive through looked fairly busy so we went in. Once arrived in the restaurant there was no system in how they serve people.From arrival to getting the food it was 30 minutes. Asked the cashier can we use the coupon code and pay cash, the cashier got the manager. When asked him, he said no.He told us when using the McDonalds app the payment method is card only. We were not aware of this.No fault of the restaurant but people should be aware you can only use the McDonalds app therefore the 20% discount and the 99p offers and pay by card ONLY.However if you have a £1.99 McDonald’s food for thoughts voucher code you can pay by cash. It doesn’t go through the app.Payment and order methods are confusing.In the restaurants there was lots of Uber eat delivery drivers waiting for collection.All the orders seemed to be fulfilled but just slow. The staff were helpful.We only ordered a fillet of fish burger and fries so they couldn’t get it wrong.The food wasn’t hot.Unimpressed by the restaurant but the food is your average McDonalds.

Store was quite, gents bathroom was a disgrace. Ordered a coffee with my meal, asked for sweetener, was told they had none. No attempt to even fake a look around. And lastly the tables hadn't been cleaned, had to search for table that didn't look to bad. Other than that the food wasn't to bad.

Waited for order for 25 mins. Asked where it was and the staff member couldn’t care less. When I asked again, was told my order had been ‘signed off by mistake’. No apology.The food eventually arrived, by this point more than 30 mins after ordering. Still no apology.Yes mistakes can & do happen, bad customer service is inexcusable.

It's McDonald's you order, some mong reads your order and puts half of it in a bag and doesn't bother with the rest possibly the worst staff on the planet!!!!!

Waited around 15 minutes in the drive through on a Sunday at about 1:30pm. Ordered 2 Big Tasty meals. Finally got them and both were stone cold with soggy cold fries. Unimpressed. No point in going back to complain.

I use ubereats to get deliveries and the store cant ever fulfill the full order even when ive gone to collect the food there are items missing its beyond a joke and trying to phone them to complain is even worse im sure they are so bad they take the phone off the hook ive been trying for over an hour tonight as its not the drivers fault its the store themselves

Ordered the Quarter pounder with Cheese from McDonalds in Felixstowe 25/01/2022.Approached the Manager, Amy Leigh, who was polite but insisted that it is acceptable because it did contain all the ingredients. 😳It clearly is not as advertised & at a cost of more than £3 !?!

Food was cold, barely warm enough to eat. Used the Gents toilets and i was disgusted with the amount of urine on the floor and general lack of cleanliness. Reported it to two members of staff. Who were amused when I said that I've seen nightclub toilets cleaner @ 3am after a night of abuse. I will NOT be using that McDonald's again.

I have been served within 5min and have been very pleased with my milkshake. Inside and outside sitting area has been clean and tidy. Car park very full and a bit of the waiting near the drive through. But maybe because it was lunch time.
