Notcutts Woodbridge in Suffolk Coastal

Good place to meet friends for coffee. Tables well spaced. Scones were rather dry but breakfasts looked good.

The garden centre has had a makeover and sadly not an improvement, far fewer plants and very expensive. You are now channelled into the restaurant area , and from there through the shop with a much reduced range of goods .

Brilliant garden centre, excellent displays to help visualise ideas. Well laid out with lots of choice.Lovely restaurant with great selection of food. We had a lovely coffee each and waited for the cheese scones to come out of the oven thinking how lovely viewable warm from the oven but they had been cooked at too high a heat and were very crunchy on outside but not well cooked inside. Very disappointed. At Christmas we had festive roll which also was a disappointment.

Looking for a particular rose, rang in the morning to see if you had it. Very helpful member of found out you had it so I visited later. Member of staff told me where they were and radioed to another staff member to meet and help me. Everyone polite and willing to help. Thank you.

Went for a lovely walk along the river and stopped at Notcutts on the way back. Had the most amazing latte and tasty homemade sausage roll. Friendly, helpful staff and clean and hygienic seating area. Stopped in the shop on the way out and bought jam! Definitely going back.

Good food, excellent coffee, superb staff. The restaurant is very nice with well spaced tables so you feel comfortable as well as safe. Didn't want to say all this because other people will want to go there.

My friend and I had lunch. Very good. Value for money. Well presented, tasty, spacious restaurant. Also enjoyed the shop. Lots of bargains.

Went as a treat for my birthday land left with a trolley full! Wonderful customer service and still a lot of choice, as part is under refurbishment. Can't wait to go again.

The staff are always so lovely.Twice I've been in and the staff have gone above and beyond for me with their "good deed for the day".Today (24/11/21) a staff member saw me with some golden leaves that I wanted to make a garland and let me have some broken bits that were still usable for this purpose.I didn't get her name, but she was lovely, so was a lady called Mandy on the till.This experience has definitely made me want to go back again to buy more beautiful Christmas decorations.

First visit here and found it a bit hard finding our way round the place does not have a natural flow. Though the place does look as if it's having work done on it in its defence. Good selection of plants that you would expect from a garden centre which is serviced by a new restaurant though we did not use this. It has a good Xmas shop selection and has plenty of parking on site.
