Excellent fish and chips. One of the best in Felixstowe. My first time back since 2009! Same staff !

First time back in two years and it is as good as it's always been! It's our first port of call when we visit from London to see the family!

EXPENSIVE!...£5.50 for a regular..(not large) piece of haddock...the large portion of chips I ordered separately was the tiniest amount I've ever seen.. I honestly felt I'd been ripped off☹..there are better chippys in Felixstowe that will give you alot more for you're money...you've been warned!

Worst Fish and Chips I have ever had. I had phoned up and pre ordered Haddock. No way was this Haddock. It was an oblong shape of some description -not even fish shaped - looks like it was possibly cod that had been cut in half. Batter poor. Very little of it, soggy and tasteless. The fish was dry and chewy. 1 piece of fish that they passed off for Plaice, 1 piece of fish they passed off as haddock, 2 potions of poorly cooked chips £15 A real rip off. Unfortunately didn't realise until we got them home otherwise would have rejected them at the time

Truly awful, over £13 for 2 small cod, 1 small chips, and a small bottle of water. Had to wait for it to be cooked so thought it was going to be a nice fresh bit of cod and chips. How wrong could i have been, grey sloppy small cod swimming in grease with cold soggy chips. All served by a woman who obviously has no communication skills whatsoever. NEVER AGAIN ! this shop was the best in the town 20 years ago, worse now than mannings on the front.

Went here today with the wife. Wasnt that impressive. Chips were fine but the Cod we had looked like a standard large cod cut in half but still nearly £5 for that half bit of cod. I was expecting it to be somthing out of this world for that. It was not the most fresh bit of fish. Wasnt concerned it was gonna make me ill but there is much better chippys in Felixstowe...

The staff here are miserable and rude.The chips are OK but everything else is way over cooked, like eating old boots. 18/05/2018The old lady was very rude to my missus, embarrassing her in front of customers.Oh Btw, don't buy curry sauce, it's awful, not a clue what it's made of.

Overcooked greasy old fish swimming in grease, undercooked chips, worst curry sauce ever. Tried ringing to complain but not answering phone, did not want to drive all the way back in case closed. Will defo not be going back again.

Bought cod and chips there yesterday (28.07.17), when I got home found that I had been given batter and chips instead, although full price had been paid. Not recommended!

wife been ill and fancied there wonderfull fish and chips, as she cannot eat other shops batter.big sign says order your fish on entry which she did,and then made to wait a extra long time even the people in line said this lady is waiting,served by a rude lady who belittles the customers at every chance,surly and inpolite ,there is no need to treat customers as some thing on your shoe,wife very up set on return,i will say the fish and chips are still best in town ,next time i will buy them.,this lady need to be trained to be more polite and customer friendly.
