Penny's cafe in Suffolk Coastal

I took a friend here on the 21st April 2022. We had such a lovely time . The food was amazing and the staff so welcoming and curtious, we had a long and leisurely lunch with pressure about how much time we had spent there. Thankyou for your service shall definitely be coming back.

Recently attended a gourmet evening at the farthing and I must say i have run out of superlatives. The food was excellent and having opted for the wine paring the semillion was perfect. Took the time to explain each choice and gave insight into the history of each glass. Food was more than amazing. Be prepared and open to try new things as this is a set menu and wine paring but if you want a spectacular evening, book in! Brilliant 👏

Had a wonderful breakfast with bubbles 🍾 before heading to the rugby 🏉 game, egg royale was divine. Will definitely go back.

Fantastic place with exceptional staff. I brought my 5 year old daughter and 4 year old niece for a fairy and mermaid princess afternoon tea. They were met and welcomed at the door as ‘real’ princesses with balloons and a twist to the food to suit their age. Needless to say they went home happy, full of cake and sandwiches. The staff and manager made their day.

Lovely place and delicious food. The service was excellent even though it was extremely busy. Good choice of food too. Been several times and they never disappoint. We will be back.

An excellent venue- we often come here for lunch and special occasions. This evening was the carols at candlelight event which was brilliant. Excellent food, very friendly service, I would highly recommend to anyone living in Cowbridge or anyone just visiting!

Absolutely AMAZING and DELICIOUS food! Their cheese toasties and chips that I used to have here before covid were absolutely amazing and outstanding! Brilliant place especially their roasts on a Sunday! Definitely would recommend anybody to come here and try! Such lovely staff as well!

Best place for breakfast and probably the best coffee in the area. Very cozy and beautiful place. Extremely friendly and competent staff. Mohammed the manager took the time to chat with us and made sure we were happy. Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Went mid week, mid morning, was quiet and homey. More expensive than most but you get a good service, good feeling and tasty food. The carrot cake was not super sweet and more nutty which was perfect together with a coffee. Attractive old british feeling with modern style mixed well together.
