Nice food and service. However we noticed lots of elderly people being turned away, when more than half the restaurant was empty. Seems like lazy management to me.

We rang Prezzo Aldeburgh on a Tuesday evening for take away pizza, very quiet as Easter holidays are not until next week. They told us to order online…tried to order online which said next take away slot midday tomorrow. We were out & decided to pop in to order. We explained we tried to order online but not available until tomorrow…thinking there was a problem with their online ordering…to be told “yes we know, we are fully booked and can’t take takeaway orders this evening” why not tell us that when we rang the first time…good luck in high season, all the best 👍

There was a time when prezzo did good food, sadly that time has gone.Although mass produced there was care and attention and it felt like it was freshly prepared. We got the wrong order, no apology or replacement when this was pointed out, just excuses. The pizzas were pretty basic, a bit burnt and better could be had a multiple places for half the price.Throughly disappointing. If I wasn’t stuck with some vouchers I’d never go back.

Website says restaurant closes at 10pm. Arrived at 8.40pm to find the restaurant fairly busy. But we were rudely turned away because "the kitchen is now closed". Why? Because "we haven't had enough orders to keep it open". We were, however, offered takeaway pizzas. How these would be produced, given that the kitchen was now closed, remains a mystery. Sadly, we had planned our evening around this meal. Won't be visiting Prezzo ever again!

Lousy. Noisy nasty muzak. Horrid lighting. Under-staffed. Poor menu options. Terrible pizza choice. Overpriced. Should have known better.

The manager was rude and turned two of us away at 8:25pm on a Saturday saying that they were closed, and then pretended to busy himself on a computer without apologising. The restaurant was still half full and behind him we could see a waitress delivering food to a table. No attempt to accommodate us even though we only wanted a quick meal. There were still customers inside 45 minutes later when we walked past again. Won’t be coming back.

Last went early December. Always a pleasure eating here although can be expensive so a nice treat. I usually use my Tesco vouchers which is never a problem. The staff always friendly and helpful. Food normally good and tasty but could sometimes be hotter when it comes to the table.

Pretty uninspiring food, to say the least. We ordered a caraffe of Malbec, which when brought to the table tasted as though it had been decanted and left out overnight, a couple of days prior. We exchanged it for another to be advised that both caraffes had been poured from freshly opened bottled. The second was far better so own conclusions should be drawn. The starters were promising, we had the king prawns and the mushroom offerings. These were actually alright by comparison to the mains. For the main event my partner had the chicken and asparagus risotto. This arrived horribly overcooked and without any sign of having been near let alone in contact with asparagus. My partner soldiered on but gave up having pushed the mush around the plate a few times to find the hiding chicken. I finished what had to be the worst pasta dish I've ever eaten. Billed as Mediterranean Vegetable Pea Fusilli, it was supposed to contain 'tender stem brocolli' among its ingredients. None was seen. The pasta had the appearance of having been cooked, then baked, then left out for quite a while then microwaved. The above was brought to the attention of thr waiter - who seemed to have very little English (or Italian) but did understand "please ask the manager to come". The manager was very apologetic, said she would raise out concerns with the chef and offered to remove items from our bill. It is only because of the remedial action that this review gains a 3 star 'ok'. Needless to say we didn't try pudding, but did leave very disappointed.
