Prezzo - Woodbridge in Suffolk Coastal

I have enjoyed using this restaurant in the past, but finding shards of sharp cocktails sticks in my pizza, (training new kitchen staff after a recruitment drive via social media), was treated very badly by head office. I would be terribly careful using this restaurant.

Had an amazing time with my husband at this Prezzo. Simona, one of the waitresses was so lovely and so chatty. The food was amazing and very warm (not cold as I read lots of reviews). Will definitely come again

Really nice food . service was very good on a busy Sunday even with staff off due to covid. Will definitely go again best to book in advance

Dined there yesterday evening and the food was not badI am not a dog lover and saw no signs saying this restaurant was dog friendly. Upon arrival a couple in front of us were waiting to be seated with a dog which i was not to happy about as think is unhygienic. Upon getting to my table and ordering the dog started barking which was not a good dining experience.

Absolutely fantastic meal and service this evening (11/12/21)for 6 of us and a toddler. Staff were super busy but everyone was being served and looked after very well. Great work and well done to the Woodbridge Prezzo team.

Great quick service and attentive staff. Good value for money with taste card.

It wasn't very warm, there was no lighting so it felt quite dark and the ' new' tomato and chorizo ravioli dish was quite small .staff were polite and helpful and did say they would mention the portion size.

Always have a great meal here. It's our "go to" in Woodbridge. The staff and in particular the manageress are delightful, so friendly. Look forward to our next visit.

Dreadful experience. Was sold a set menu. Purchased drinks, then told most of the set choices were not available. Why not mention this first? Clearly the food is pre-prepared. Terribly bland. Small portion sizes. Over priced.The toilet stank. Very slow service.Choose elsewhere if you want a decent meal.

Food was lovely and, as a vegan, it was really nice to have a lot of options on the menu. Boyfriends starter was a little small for £7- just four small mozzarella bites with sauce. The only problem was the fact that we came in at 7 and was told it was full and we could come back in at 8:45, which was fine. But then we went to book online and it said there were loads of space for bookings so we managed to book for half 7 so not sure why we were told to come in so much later?
