Prince of Bengal in Suffolk Coastal

Food was poor quality lukewarm and not of value for the price charged.maybe it's because they keep changing chefs it use to be really good but not for a long time will no longer be using. And no one else should.

Food was very good, nice pleasant staff. If you looking for a nice meal. You can't go wrong

We had one of the best Indian takeaway, we have had in ages 😍. It was a bit disappointing that they couldn't deliver due to staff shortages and we totally understood. However the quality of the food and customer service more than made up for it. So much so, that I would recommend it to our guests, when they are staying with us.Thank you and we will be back. A great takeaway meal tonight. Just disappointed that we requested delivery via their app and, after the order was succesfully placed and paid for, they cancelled the order but we only realised after spotting an email by chance shortly after. When we rang to see what was going on they advised they had no driver available tonight - Fair enough, but we do have a car and if they'd rang us we would have told them we could collect. Not a good way to run a business.

Just had the food, ordered from Carlton Meres. Would recommend, and buy again. My husband said that it was one of the best Curry's he had had, and he eats alot of Curry's! Thankyou, definitely recommended if you don't know where to order. Came exactly on time! :)

We ordered a tandoori mixed grill starter and the chicken thigh was uncooked inside!! This is such a dangerous food hygiene issue that we wold not consider ever eating here again.

Answered all queries promptly. Ordered and paid for online were kept informed by email for every step of the order including delivery. Contact less delivery and social distancing observed when delivered to our door. Lovely food, enjoyed every mouthful, such a treat during lockdown will be using again. Thankyou so much
