Other than the miserable staff, the special chow mein was certainly special! Tasteless, bland and just about edible. Shame really as Aldeburgh is such a beautiful place. Try the locally made carrot cake from the co op across the road. Now that was the best I've had

Always wondered how this place survives, given the excellent pizza and chippy options in aldeburgh. But tried it for the first time and was blown away - absolutely delicious. Lovely people too.

Bad food and they overcharged by £10.Stayed in aldeburgh for a couple of nights, fancied a Chinese.First this is the only one I found locally so kind of limited which wouldn’t be a problem if it was awesome, it’s not.Didn’t have menu online so called and ordered the usual chicken chow mein etc and thought it was a bit pricey but when in Rome and all that.In town next day, saw menu in the window and I was overcharged by about £10And the food was not great, no taste, really dry, did not enjoy it allPs the quarter duck isn’t shredded, it’s chopped in to chunks, very disappointed all round

First time I’ve tried and will not be going back ... the chips had been cooked about 3 times , the chicken satay was horrible and chewy ( taste more like rubber ) curry ZERO flavour. Very disappointed overall .Sweet and sour ( Hong Kong style ) was ok .Had many Chinesse in the area and will never go back here

So disappointed. Love this Chinese. But feel very let down as after 20 years of ordering from here, and delighted they now offer delivery, only to be told they don’t take card payment for delivery! Do not understand this logic at all! Please reconsider this as you’ve left us very unhappy customers where we had to cancel a very substantial order.. bearing in mind we are pressured to make card and contactless payments due to Covid, I do feel that it is not feasible for a local business to operate this way. Please reconsider this ASAP. A very disappointed , loyal, customer :-(
