Worse food I’ve ever had!!! That’s ment to be a butter chicken

Went here last night with friends and it definitely didn't disappoint. I am gluten free and have a nut allergy, amazing service all round. The young man explained my dish would be cooked in a fresh pan to avoid cross contamination which put me at ease a lot.Amazing taste, amazing service and would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic meal last night. It was a very last minute booking as we’re not from the area so we chose Shapla based on the great Google reviews and we were not disappointed! Fabulous food, so delicious, we had keema & plain nan with a chicken pasanda and chicken badami. Wow, we were delighted. Excellent service, lovely staff. Great menu and great value for money. It’s a shame we’re not local because we would be there lots!! Highly recommend!!

Really bad Indian food. Had to pay £5 delivery & it took over 2 hours!! I repeatedly called to enquire the status of my order only to be told each time it had left 16 mins ago. Ordered & paid for two rice, only got one. All food stone cold. Ordered korma and tikka masala which are usually mild and sweet but these were SO sweet, even sweeter than a dessert dish. 0/10 will not order again

We had a lovely evening here. The meal we had was delicious. Restaurant was warm, welcoming and very clean. Very friendly staff .

Had a simply great meal and catch up with a friend here. Staff very attentive, food was excellent. Will be coming back again very soon, thanks everyone at Shapla.

I am sorry to say that we were very disappointed with the takeaway- food was cold, 2 king prawn dishes were just a plate full of sweet sauce and 1 large prawn!Onion bhajis were like cannon balls.Rice okWon’t be rushing back.

VERY disappointed (don't usually write bad reviews)... really poor standards of food, Lamb masala was so salty we had to send it back as you just could not eat it. Korma looked horrendous and tasted like a cheap ready meal. Meal took a fair while to come - 35-45 mins on a Monday evening. Service wasn't great, some staff fairly rude.
