Sizewell Beach Cafe in Suffolk Coastal

Been a chef 26 years and I can truly say probably the best fish and chips Ever. For me it's the smaller details in life from the quality sauces to the attention to detail with the presentation. Absolutely fan bloody tastic. Thank you. Xx

This is a very unassuming cafe in the shadow of two nuclear power stations. It is next to a very nice rustic pebble beach.I ordered my food and drink at the hatch, I must admit I didn't have very high expectations of the food. My order was taken quickly and my drinks were delivered quickly. The food, bacon roll and chips, where delivered after about 5 minutes. My coffee was good as was the bacon roll. However the chips were absolutely devine - probably close to the best chips I've ever had.I had no great expectations of this cafe but those expectations I did have were completely exceeded. The prices were reasonable. I look forward to returning.

Found this place (August 2021) for a late lunch after a tip-off from the nearby Honda motorcycle museum. It looked closed from a distance as we approached, but that was because they weren't allowing inside dining during the Covid-19 virus pandemic. Luckily the sun was out and so we used the wooden bench tables. All three of us had fish and chips which was very nice with a default and decent side salad, all in a cardboard box. The two young staff I encountered were very courteous and helpful. They even had an outside tannoy to broadcast when your meal was ready. The meals arrived after about 10 minutes, so pretty efficient.Please LIKE if you have found this review helpful thank you

Great and safe ordering system in place here. Staff were brilliant from ordering to food pick up. Did I mention the delicious food? Highly recommended!

I should really keep this a secret, this is probably or most arguably the best Fish and Chips going along that part of the coast. Forget the queues at other well know, local F&C shops. Here you get very friendly and quick service and the quality and price is A star, you also get to walk it off on a quite beach walk. Perfect.

Great spot on the map to look over Sizewell, unfortunately tea service is not in running state. But for replace there was a Burger van on site.Parking is free until end of March, and access to beach or view at power plants are just few mins of walk away. Great place. Hope Sizewell Tea will be soon back and running for explorers. The site also benefits with public toilets structure.
