Subway in Suffolk Coastal

Rudest old bat behind counter, must lose customers. Food - mediocre, service miserable.

Waited 12-15 mins with just one customer in front of me. Absolutely no eye-contact or the slightest recognition from the TWO male members of staff serving so left, went over the road and had a delicious Plaice and Chips at the Seahawk Fish Bar. Basic staff training guys.

Can sometimes get a bit busy which means it can bit slow to get your food. Apart from this which is no fault of their own the staff are always happy and efficient. Helen in particular is awesome 😁

Food always tastes good, but they tend to be very slow compared to other Subways, and the sandwiches tend to made quite messily.

Very helpful staff, food lovely and fresh. Tea made as i like it ;) well done x

Wish I didn’t have to give a star!We wasn’t in a cue but still very very slow nor did we have a good greet from the miserable staff woman there, we then didn’t have much to choose from with the subs and instead of us asking what we would like on out subs they insisted to have sweet chilli 🌶 sauce instead of my request mayo, as the lady slops our food in the sub she was the most depressing face and horrid people skills, I felt like I was treated as if I was in Oliver Twist or a prison as she served up, Iv been here twice now and I don’t think I’ll be going back to feel like I was in the wrong

I went in there asking for a latte at around half 6 they told me I couldn’t have a hot drink because they had switched there machine off bearing in mind they don’t close till 9pm I think this outrageous!!!!!
