The Brook Hotel in Suffolk Coastal

Great location great value for money nice big room

Went to the Brook hotel for a 70th birthday meal. The food was delicious and the service excellent. Can definitely recommend.

The pictures was taken back when it was first done, the hotel is tired and in need of some care and attention, however we loved our stay, the bed was very comfy and large, tea and coffee facilities, television, hairdryer, toiletries.Staff were very friendly and made us very welcome, food was very good, considering were still in the pandemic of Covid19, the staff were very attentive, I would go back, thank you to everyone working there, it really makes a trip away to have such a friendly team.

Recently stayed at The Brook for over a week, can’t say enough great things. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. All the staff were fantastic, Sam and Hazel were absolute stars!!Oh and the Butternut Squash, Stilton & Spinach Risotto was amazingly delicious!!!

A lovely restaurant fantastic carvery and bar which show bt sports and sky sports,nice staff,be sure to phone and reserve your table as some days are busier than others. Lovely Hazel and Kelly get 5stars for their hard work and smiles

Really cosy clean and friendly bar . Great choice on the menu . Staff can't do enoughfor you I would highly recommend this bar . Will defo be using it again and again 😊

I've stayed in 3 different hotel's in Felixstowe and this was by far the best.The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.The staff were lovely and friendly, from the reception staff to housekeeping to bar staff.The bar meals are very reasonably priced for a generous portion and were very enjoyable, the barmaid even made my 5 year old a fruity drink that looked like wine when she had asked for a pint of wine 🙈Overall I could not fault my experience here and will definitely be booking this hotel on my next visit to Felixstowe.

I have never stayed at the hotel but I have eaten and spent many a night in the bar. The food is really good and my favourite is the carvery. I normally arrive late on a Sunday afternoon and always get a great meal. Sometimes it's one kid eats free with an adult which is a fantastic deal.The kitchen staff, front of house staff and bar staff are really nice and friendly and a great laugh. Many of them drink in the bar at the end of shifts so it must be a good place. The local drinkers are a mixed bunch of regulars and regular working visitors so a good atmosphere is normally experienced.Great place for a catch up with friends or the football if you want to be in a less loud and packed pub. Great place and a place I visit weekly.

Pathetic afternoon tea with rude& surly staff who ruined my mum's 90th birthday. Go anywhere else but here!
