5 stars 🌟 If you come here you can expect a bit of a wait, but it’s worth it because it’s such a nice experience. The menu has a good variety of options, from simple sandwiches to prawn Mary rose salads. I had really nice orange juice that tasted like it had been freshly squeezed! The atmosphere is also very cool. There are quirky pictures and weird artsy things on the walls which makes for a funky retro vibe. Would recommend!!!!

I absolutely love coming to the Common Room Cafe in Framlingham. The food is absolutely, positively 100 percent amazing! Super fresh, delicious breakfast and lunch menu's that we love to eat and try new items that come up on the menu.Coffee is out of this world and locally roasted. I find it VERY hard to have just 1 while I am there. The cafe is small but eclectically inspired and the music played is also varied and fantastic. Staff, chef and management are just fantastic.Enjoy!

Best breakfast I have had in ages and the greatest thing, is that I get a pot of tea with it!! Lovely hot teasty food, great atmosphere and I love the decor. George, the owner, is a record collector so music in the cafe is fantastic. He also remembered my friend's coffee preference. Large portions of delicious reasonably priced food. Coffee good, and incredible vibe to the place. Busy when we visited but found a table, very well cleaned for us before we sat down. Child friendly! Waitress waited for my friend to take a photo before delivering our order. VERY good decaff coffee. High ceilings, wooden tables. Delicious sophisticated eggy bread and very good quality bacon. George the owner even found an envelope for my friends daughter to send her Santa Christmas list. Above and beyond!! Thank you. Dan.

Great find serving good choice of food in a quirky setting. Loved the fact that the music was from their own record collection. May vinyl records live on forever :). Staff were friendly and the toilets clean. Was early lunch when we arrived with plenty of room but soon filled up so bear that in mind. I had the kedgiree which was nice but did lack a bit of seasoning, though was well presented.

Service was good, staff were friendly, the food was well cooked and very tasty. A filling lunch or a small dinner sized portions. Good atmosphere, Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this place! By far the best café I've been to in all of Suffolk! The ambiance is chilled and trendy, with a relaxed vibe. The food is effortlessly elegant in its simplicity, you can taste the high quality ingredients in this classically traditional simple menu. The staff is incredible.
