Very expensive as you have to pay for everything separately ie steak then you have to buy chips or veg on top. Steak arrived luke warm, so had to return it, staff friendly and polite but very under staff so long waits between courses

After quite await as i think our order was forgotten it was worth the wait and our Italian waiter was very attentive

Delicious afternoon tea, lovely view relaxing atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Venue is beautiful, food was excellent. Unfortunately staff let it down, they were very lack lustre and didn't smile or engage at all. No check back on food, just did bare minimum.

Waiting for one hour and 15 minutes and counting.. the nice view does not make up for poor service. Edit: we have been back since for a breakfast, and it was superb, highly recommended!

Lovely food Hall, homeware and toys. Really worth a visit. Views are stunning. Enjoyed the food and the cake counter looked well stocked.

I used to love this place but the new menu is a huge downgrade from it's previous offerings. We came a few weeks back and the steak was hugely overpriced and cooked badly. My wife had the squash salad and the harlequin squash tasted very bitter and off. The waitress we had was rude and didn't once apologise. After years of coming here won't be coming again. 2 stars because the view is nice.

Great place for brunch. Food very tasty as all is fresh from their own farms. Very large dining area plenty of tables and chairs. Very clean and modern. Staff helpful and informative. Great place to stop for a break if on A12 just before Orwell Bridge if heading East.

Amazing views and gorgeous food, been here twice over the space of 4 years and it was just as nice both times. Service very friendly and attentive.
