Amazing food, lovely staff, really nice atmosphere, fast service with good prices :)

Really good food that we all enjoyed. Nice environment in the conservatory and service was generally good and friendly.

After noticing a couple of “negative” reviews I felt I must add my own after being unable to reply to those that experienced a unsatisfactory visit.regarding the early last orders just recently unfortunately due to being short staffed (as it seems the rest of the world are also) and if we have a particularly quiet evening we will shut just one hour earlier than our regular closing time,if there’s a few peoples in and ask us to stay open later we would certainly consider staying on for you to have another drink,you would only need to ask.Another comment was lack of live music and quizzes again this has mainly been down to being exceptionally short staffed (that I would like to add has now been resolved) as you can imagine if and when we put events on we need the staff on to be able to plan events,we have in the last 2 weeks asPer the photos uploaded had a band play and supplied bouncy castle in the school holidays,we also have 2 huge charity fun days planned in the next few weeks again with live music and quizzes and raffles and we are working with other musicians to get those also booked in and on our garden stage area in the summer,please show your support by coming along.all details are on our Facebook page too “The Dooley inn Felixstowe” another comment was £18 for a roast I’m not sure if that comment was made for this page I have uploaded a photo of our menu we have never and would never charge £18 a roast! I would also like to point out we are a small family run independent business,we are known to go above and beyond for our customers to make their visit a personal and happy one.we pride ourselves on good homecooked food locally sourced at very reasonable prices, we might not always get it “right” but we try our hardest to,we value your custom and those that go out of their way to leave such wonderful reviews and personally pop upto the bar before they leave to say Thankyou.if you haven’t already then pop in and see for yourself what we are about and enjoy 😊

They not only serve great food here, they have marvellous staff that are always helpful and friendly dogs are also welcome. Another great meal here good quality, good value, good times. See you again soon x

Nothing wrong with The Dooley Inn, plenty of parking, clean interior, friendly hosts and extensive menu. Went for lunch on a hot sunny Wednesday, only just opened and had a couple of people on having a drink. Host was serving them but still was able to tell us what was what as not been before. We decided to eat out in the garden area, plenty of tables and chairs, some under cover. We got the menus and were told of the specials available, and even though the sign on the bar says get a table, then come to bar with your order and table number, the host said don't worry, she will come and get this from us, the same for drinks. I had a Dooley Burger and my wife had a lasagne. Ap couple of drinks as well. We were not disappointed, both drinks arrived very quickly, with condiments and cutlery for food, and within 10 minutes the food arrived. It was hot and tasty, mine far too much and ashamed I had to leave a little but my wife cleared her plate. Price was reasonable and the only downside is the location, if outside then it get noisy as not far from container port and major dock road junction. Don't let this put you off though and when leaving we could see by the amount of people inside, it is very popular and we will definitely return.

Amazing service. Waiter and waitress superb. Great food. Had roast dinner and sticky toffee pudding. Highly recommend.

Had an excellent Sunday lunch yesterday, clean plates all round from us, service was great, thank you girls, we even came home with a bottle of salad dressing which was delicious 😋😋, lovely atmosphere I thoroughly recommend this place 👍👍

If I could I would give it another 5 stars, had a family gathering for a 40th today and it was perfect, we had the new room and couldn't have asked for more, we all had the roast dinners (15 of us) and every plate was empty the food was delicious and the desserts just as delicious, and the chocolate orange cheesecake, wow. Every member of staff was lovely & helpful. A perfect day and would recommend and we will be back.

Very welcoming, friendly, lovely place very clean and tidy, food is delicious and home made, great portions. First time here and hopefully many returns, also had art work for sale for charity so I bought one I liked and they bagged it for me due to the rain. Good prices and very satisfying visit.
