I have never once been in the Laydens when it has not clean, the food for the type of cafe is excellent and most of all the staff are always friendly and it makes you want to go again and again. Its like one big family really. My friends and I look forward to going there week after week.

Excellent value meals of all sorts on the menu best prices in whole town for breakfasts and lunchesStaff are all volunteers and very welcoming loads of things offered not just mealsVisiting on the right day can see you having your blood pressure checked by the parish nurses or a group of people sitting knitting and if you want to learn sign language new course starting soon it not just a cafe it's a centre for the community young and old
