Excellent evening with friends. Really enjoyed the burger I had. Staff friendly and welcoming. First time for us but will definitely be back.

First time here today and will definitely be returning. Dog friendly pub. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was superb.

What a great find. Having been very curtly refused a table at an award winning local competitor, this was our third unbooked pub. Wow so different. Warm welcome, a second table offered closer to the fire to help us dry out. Nothing was too much trouble and the food! All three of us raved about and shared our choices. Thank you so much to all the staff. And enjoy to anyone inspired to visit.

Absolutely brilliant Sunday roast. Very good pub with very good and attentive staff. They also made a fuss of my dog. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

We had the most amazing meal ever. The service was excellent, the place very warm and cosy and the staff incredibly friendly. No doubt we will be visiting again. 😊

Food and service was fantastic. Unfortunately even though we were seated in the restaurant, halfway through our meal we had very noisy youngsters sitting at the table next to us just drinking not eating, and we found it difficult to have a private conversation.

Came here tonight to watch the football. Staff were great. On the ball and getting drinks when needed. Food was really good as well. Staff grabbed people who were s little rowdy as well sorting them out. Very pleased we came here tonight as we got a last minute table.Ps.... It c'mon home!!

Really liked the marquee setup they've got outside, so even though it was a breezy day, we were comfortable inside. The staff were nice and friendly. The food was great, we had the beef brisket burger and the Sunday pork roast - both excellent! Only reason to knock off a star was because the quantity of the halloumi starter (the best halloumi fries we've ever had, by the way) felt small for the price. Otherwise, a great Sunday lunch!
