Bloke behind the counter has a bad attitude, quite rude, didn’t even let us sit down in a restaurant?

Really good food: our order was cooked in front of us from scratch on the white-hot coals, and the whole food prep area is spotlessly clean & in full view of the waiting customer.We opted for delicious chicken and salad wraps and the hummus with Turkish bread was spectacular. The staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.(Just make sure you take cash or be prepared to walk down to the cashpoint in The Thoroughfare.)

It was a bit quiet for Saturday lunchtime. Tasted great when we got home. Loads of crunchy salad.

Having lived and worked in Turkey, I really enjoy visiting Turkuaz regularly. The dishes they serve remind me of my time in Turkey. They have a great selection of mezze (you could say, the Turkish equivalent of tapas). Also, they have a variety of meat dishes which are prepared on an authentic Turkish barbecue with charcoal. This gives the meat a great flavour. The salads they serve are fresh and tasty. The flat bread (pide) is very tasty too. They do takeaways but they also have some tables so you can have a sit down meal. All in al, the best Turkish restaurant in the area and well worth a visit.

Took so long to make the food we got a parking ticket. Many flies in the kitchen. Overcharges for everything like small sauce tubs. Sold us an expired pot of houmus for £3 and was rude, often huffing at us while we ordered. Ive been feeling sick since I ate there.Definitely a large health and safety risk, who knows what else they have spoilt in that place.

I was so happy to see that there is a Turkish restaurant in Woodbridge... even more when I saw they are serving iskender and have a real Turkish black tea 😻... Food was great and the people who are working there very pleasant, full of care for the customer. Can I just mention how nice it was from them to extra gift me on the way out box of baklavas (traditional Turkish sweets)?... I only wish they had soups, but I can understand why not, probably the Turkish community is not big there and not many people would order it, while it requires time to prepare. Definitely recommend you! P.S. Also, the interior design is lovely :)

Pleasant decor and friendly staff. The food is good quality and really tasty, although depending on the dish some leave you wanting compared with others. Ask the staff to explain and recommend, and they will gladly. The lamb dish I had was excellent. Reasonable price too.
