Whistle Stop Cafe in Suffolk Coastal

Am a vegetarian. As often as possible I have a vegetarian brunch with saute potatoes. I am 76. This is the only restaurant I have eaten at, where the whole plate of food arrives piping hot. Every time. The fried eggs are perfectly cooked. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Cakes and coffee very high quality. Definitely 5 star.

Always friendly and quick service! Sometimes quite tricky to get a table but that’s just because they’re so popular, for good reason! Really lovely food, a big menu (big portions too!), and clued up on allergens when asked if anything contained nuts, plus perfect cappuccinos! Love it here :)

I have to give 5 stars because the food, drinks and service were all just perfect. My photo might not truly show but they must have a great chef out back because every element was cooked faultlessly. It was the best cooked English breakfast I've had in about 2 years and I've tried so so many, at much higher prices as well. In considering, i couldn't actually fault it in a single way. The staff are down to earth and lovely. My Berry smoothie was really delicious! Coffee very nice. The staff are down to earth and lovely.I just wish there was room for better toilet facilities. There is only one toilet and its not the best and uncomfortably close to the kitchen. However, everything was so great I still can't rate the whistlestop lower then 5 stars despite this!

Great service and great food today for our family brunch, seated in the outside marquee which was lovely and warm. Girls who served us were so polite and helpful, even bringing my granddaughters a spoon each for their hot chocolate whipped cream! Our dog was also very comfortable on one of the dog mats provided. Highly recommend this cafe.

Fantastic all day breakfast, best in Woodbridge and not expensive, staff are so friendly and accommodating, lovely warm cafe and the outside bit is nice too, can’t wait to take the kids back again for brunch

Best cafe around!!! Never ever had a bad meal, and we've been a lot in the last 3 plus years. It's always our first choice. Yes it's busy and popular, but that speaks volumes for the service and food you'll get. Carla is so lovely and friendly. Dog friendly place too and always has dog treats and beds available too. Brilliant menu and food always delicious 😋

We had a most enjoyable lunch here sat outside in their garden. Plenty of Covid precautions in place made us feel safe. The food was of excellent quality, huge portions and a fair price. We would have no hesitation in eating there again.

First time here today, for lunch on my birthday. And it was amazing, from the speedy service to the tasty food. We will definitely return
