Wilford Bridge in Suffolk Coastal

Went here for a family meal on Tuesday evening. Very helpful and friendly staff. Food and drinks were very good, food was well presented and hot. Would definitely eat there again when in the area.

Fab food and service was brilliant. Lovely location to Sutton Hoo and info & pictures on the walls represent this. Good range of food for adults & kids with good beers at the bar. Plenty of parking and green areas outside. Food was top and good portions, staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

We have visited the Wilford Bridge a couple of times recently and the food and service has been excellent on both occasions. The menu is compact but varied and offers plenty of gluten free options.A nice pub/restaurant that we will be returning to soon.

Very busy when we arrived. Personally I feel there are too many tables crammed to near one another so it feels as though you sit on top of other diners, in the bar area. We had booked to sit in the restaurant area, as Dogs are allowed in bar area. However for whatever reason we were placed in the bar area?. A few tables away, a Dog Barked a few times because of other Dogs arriving...the owners then allowed the Dog to sit on a chair, up the table in an attempt to quieten it down. Although the staff were lovely, polite and extremely friendly, none appeared to have approached the owners about their Dog for barking or sitting up the table on a chair?. This is not good, hygienically or when trying to hold conversation whilst a Dog barks.Our meals were really nice, hot and tasty. We did get the offer of buy one get one free meal deal, which is attractive for customers and extremely good value. I would go again, but definitely wouldn't want to sit in bar area if I did make another booking.

Very impressed, staff are super friendly and welcoming. The premises is very clean and well catered for, and the food is absolutely outstanding. Will definitely, return again - got my approval as a Northerner.

My partner and I visited here today, we hadn’t booked a table, but they managed to accommodate us. The service was faultless and the food was amazing. I cannot praise the staff enough.

Proper pub with lovely staff and some delicious, reasonably priced food - the chips are worth coming here for alone. Thoroughly enjoyed my burger, also on my order was a Sesame Salmon poke bowl, whose recipient thought was some of the best pub food she'd ever eaten and left inspired to make her own! Definitely not one to miss!

Nice small pub - we go often, as its dog friendly and the food is good. If you ask, they also have doggie treats to keep your four leg friends happy. Steak and Ale pie is fantastic!There is a beer garden behind the building, and a small car park.Dogs are only allowed in the bar area or outside, so i would book.
