Woodbridge Quality Fish & Chips in Suffolk Coastal

If I could give 0 star I would, there's nothing quality about the food, chips were disgusting as was the cod, rubbery, dry, tasteless. I was so disappointed with the quality and taste especially paying over £10. Do not waste your time going here.

It was alright nothing to write home about but very friendly staff.

Ali and his team catered for my wedding party of over 100 people, he even delivered it all bang on time and all still piping hot !He gave me a great deal and I was very impressed.Every last piece of food was eaten and all my guest said how great it was !Thanks again 5**********Highly recommended*****

This used to be great. Then it became good or bad now it more bad. I bought a pizza and the green peppers was rotten which ruined the pizza. They don't care for the customers as much any more, such a shame this place had a great reputation.

WOULD AVOID. They overcharge you in the hope you dont notice. I rung them only to be laughed at and told i was a liar when ive added the prices from their menu on here yet apparently they are wrong. Was told he doesnt care if mine and my sisters children are disabled(autistic) and anyone that knows or has children with this disability knows they have to have certain things(that i ordered) the same otherwise it will cause massive distress if they are not there. They Charge me 4pound usually for delivery now they have put it to 7.50 to the same location and hoped i didnt notice. They missed things from my order and then when i rung to ask about this i was told sorry we cant send someone to you or cant give you it even though they had already charged me for the missed items. After all the mess around my food was cold so asked for a refund and was also refused that because the manager wasnt here yet it was the manager i was talking to, yet before hand the manager had said he could take all the items back if i hadnt touched them, which i hadnt because i was checking the items where correct.

Delicious fish and chips. Appeared to be an xceptionally clean premises. The staff bring your order out to the car. Friendly and polite. Highly recommended.

Responsibly priced and extremely fast service but after just being there I didn't even get time to look at the menu before being asked multiple times what did I want. I asked for donner and chicken kebab and they left out the Donner completely. And no salt or vinegar offered either

You can tell a good fish and chip shop when it has customers waiting. This one did. But the staff asked everyone to wait outside to respect social distancing, there's seating outside too. During my brief look, the menu appeared to be quite large. The fish and chips came wrapped in boxes. It was hot and fresh. It wasn't the cheapest. But there was more than enough. Portions very good. It was very tasty too. If I was in the area, I would definitely go back.

Please cook the chips properly. I know this place is known for the fast service, but I'd rather have chips that aren't raw in the middle and edible. I used to love this place and would have called them the best chips ever but the past SIX times they have been undercooked and anemic! If this was a one off I wouldn't leave a review but it happens every time...I just want the old chips back 😭

Really good quality fish and chips delivered, very happily, at the blink of an eye! No fuss online ordering : we had Rock Eel and Haddock. Lovely! Can highly recommend 😁👍
