Essex Kebab in Tendring

Ordered last night just a margarita pizza some chips and 2 Donner meat wraps only to eat with my partner and 2 year old and hours later projectile vomiting everywhere and we still are now today food poisoning!! Definatly won't be eating here again do not recommend!

Have used this establishment for a few years now and have always had good service. Ordered tonight on line with a comment in the dietary box as usual. On arrival of food no salad in the kebabs although salad was ordered. Contacted the establishment who read the order out to me and I confirmed that the order was for salad in the kebabs. The person who answered the phone said he had a driver there and would see where he was going but if not would bring some salad out himself. No salad arrived. It may only seem like a trivial mistake but I expect to get what I ordered. Will not be using again.

Friend ordered us all takeaway on Saturday evening. Estimated time was about an hour. It ended up taking numerous phone calls, visiting the store in person and 2 and a half hours for our food to arrive.While eating my chicken burger, I then discovered that the middle was all pink from being undercooked.I won't be eating from here again.

Delicious , warm, well cooked with flavour , big portion. My child love it. Ordered for the first time. I was impressed how tasteful can be . It was difficult for me to find something good and finally I found. I was busy for one hour when i opened the package, the food was still warm and so delicious.

I love this place!Proper 'London' kebabs!Staff are really friendly and the portions are great.IMHO, best kebab shop in Clacton!Update:-Still fantastic value for money and great portions!

Always cooked perfectly, never had a bad meal from them - even on Christmas Eve the food was quick, hot and 10/10 for taste!

First time trying Essex Kebabs and I was blown away. Staff are very friendly, food was amazing and very big portions. I will 100% be going here again

Had the “Spicy Fried Chicken ” this was truly awful It was overcooked, greasy and so dry it was impossible to eat and ended up in the dustbin. It was truly atrocious. On a plus point it must take a lot of skill to get chicken to taste this bad. Never sgain

Asked for a tuna jacket potatoe, ended up with a manky tuna soup on a jacket potatoe!I have officially gone off tuna! Thanks essex kebabs!

If I could give zero stars I would. The chicken was very overcooked and very greasy. It was the worst chicken we have ever had. After ringing the shop to talk to them the customer service was as bad as the chicken
