Lovely service good food at reasonable prices will use again when in town

It's a cosy atmosphere,feels like home and the breakfast was delicious! We love it and we will go again when we will be in the area.

We both had a lovely meal and staff so helpful

I visited here afew times it was ok a nice little cafey for a bite to eat I like there fish fingers

Went back to Fred’s cafe today had a fantastic full English breakfast with real bacon ( yes bacon back on menu) it was great to see the lovely friendly staff again Jane & opps sorry to the other lady I forgot your name 5 star service & great laugh wii defo be back .we have missed Fred’s on Saturday morning see you soon xx

Very Clean Caf'e, Food was Very Good and Freshly Cooked, More than Ample Portion, No Grease or Fat on the Plate, An Added Bonus. Waitress was Extremely Pleasant, Efficient and Very Courteous. Easy Mobility though the Caf'e, Very Easy Access for Folk with Disabilities, Staff were Extremely Helpful to Disabled Customer Every Help was Extended, but not to point of Causing Embarrassment. Overall, A Very Good Experience, When in Frinton, Pay a visit, Def Recommend.

Lovely food, polite service and everything a cafe should offer

Very good food, good price, friendly staff. Love it!

Had yhe worse bubble and squeak i have ever eaten. Hadnt seen a frying pan. Soggy mash with a miniscule amout of cabbage stirred in and slopped on the plate. Credit where its due and i always compliment on good food. Credit was not due here. Been in a few times, only because at work and one of my supports goes in there.do not recommended at all. Shame its the only greasy spoon in Frinton

A small cafe with friendly, helpful staff and yummy well priced food, but no toilet. However there is a public toilet no more than 100 yards away, so not a problem.We had a mid-morning breakfast before heading to the beach, and the portions where big enough to see us through until we left at 4pm.
