McDonald's in Tendring

It's a McDonald's-much like all other Mc Donald's. I enjoyed the cheese bites.

Drive through, got what I ordered, staff were polite.

Clean and tidy by the lovely lady who didn't stop, she was constantly on the go cleaning, smiling at people, saying hello, giving the kids balloons and generally cheerful.Unfortunately the other staff members behind the till and serving area was casually standing around laughing, joking and just not really looking like they was at work. I'm the most jokey bubbly person but when there is work to be done I don't shirk.Other than that, the food was hot and well prepared. Clean and calm atmosphere with plenty of natural light 😊

Been here a fair few times and it's always a relatively decent experience and staff seems to be quite happy to help and quite polite which is always nice,Parkings a little bit inadequate just due to the size of the car park in the location that can't be helped really so it is what it is isIt has a drive-thru with disabled parking disabled toilets etc

Nicest mcdonalds I've had in a while! Fresh and hot! Very clean too.

Good, hot food and good coffee. Kids always like a happy meal. We dined in and had table service. Quick and efficient at this particular store (Weeley). Not all our experiences have been great with McDonald's but this time we were pleased. The facilities were overall clean, they seemed to be on top of it with the staff. Floor there is unusually slippery though and sadly my little one did take a tumble when she upon exit.

A rather arrogant guy at the drive thru counter. Arrived at the car park in 7.5m van. After visiting my terminally Ill mother in hospital & not eaten all day. Discovering that the actual restaurant closes at 11pm & only drive thru was open I decided to walk around to the order point. It was 11:51pm . As no one came to the speaker I walked round to the first window, the guy saw me & ignored me! I waved through the window & I asked if I could order, he said he couldn’t serve me as I was walking, I explained that I did have a vehicle but it was 7.5 meters in length so was unable to get it round the drive thru. I explained that I’d been hospital & I hadn’t eaten as I’d been visiting my terminally Ill mum. He showed no empathy and said it “is against the law” to serve me. Having now got home and googled the law it is actually a Macdonalds protocol , not a law. What annoyed me most & upset me was that I said oh thank you , he Very cockerly said “thank you too” whilst almost laughing! As I walked off they switched the car park lights off! It was just the full attitude of the guy!

Probably every other time I've been my drive through order has been wrong, by time realized I've driven away. So annoying, but it's conveniently placed... Probably it's only benefit sadly.

Check ur orders as its the place that always seems to forget things. 1st it was all cheeseburgers, but staff argued I'd had them?2nd was all the fries for an order that was a birthday(manager sorted quickly)Been a few more since, so even though most local, I go others.Today was 4 dbl sausage and egg meals, 1 by itself.salary pulled over due to past exp, but missed all the hash brown were missing

Accessible parking and access to the business, on a ground floor. Quick and polite service from staff both during early breakfast hours and rush times.Fresh food and friendly drive thru. Minus a star, admittedly out of staff control, for the lack of space for queues during busy periods.
