Pizza Hut in Tendring

what can I say ,its a pizza hut ,good food but only 4 stars as service was very slow and seems to be very under staffed

Great family place for lunch with buffet. I have used their regular menu and kids menu and pizza was really nice. Not dry, good filling. Can recommend.

My Dad ordered from Uber eats, 2 pizzas correct for our order and 1 pizza completely wrong. They mistook a BBQ Americans for a Hawaiian pizza. When contacting pizza hut directly, they can't do anything for replacing or refunding nothing, This coming from the manager. So I guess once it's left them, they pass all problems onto Uber eats. So now we can't get a replacement and we have one pizza that nobody wants and now I don't have a pizza to eat... Thanks.... Also I have found alittle hair or fur in the pizza, which was so mixed into the toppings that it must have been from when they was making the pizza before being cooked. Ultimately a big disappointment and shame that they hand all problems to Uber eats when clearing they have been the ones to mess up the order

We were able to get a table for 10 people,food was piping hot didn't wait long for service and young Lady serving us was very patient with our big order and very pleasant and helpful .

Food was good, but there is bascially No staff. Might aswell just be a takeaway. Shame on the company as a whole to have stripped back so much on what used to be a fun eating experience for the family.

Absolutely amazing customer service huge shout out to chris the assistant manager made our day he deserves to be recognised for his excellent customer service

Waited an hour before we received our meal. service was slow only because they were short on staff,but they were very apologetic.

Always a great treat for our Grandchildren. The doughnuts are always delicious and fresh. Just one little snag this time around - we ordered 2 x teas with our doughnuts! Sadly the teas were only like warm, which for almost £4, you shouldn't have to accept! Yes, I could have returned them. But, I didn't want to spoil an otherwise smashing outing!

Food was good. I don’t like having to order online, part of going out for diner is the interaction with the staff. I very much I don’t like being asked to tip while I’m ordering the meal. Mainly because a tip is for good service by the staff. But with very little interaction, no check back on the food and the drinks refills not turning up I am not sure what I’d be tipping for. A disappointing meal out really. But like I say the food was cooked well and timely. Bring back waitress service

Visited this restaurant 4 adult's 4 children we had the buffet deal, the food was delicious as usual service excellent a lovely place to dine out.The only downside was the seating it was like an enclosed round table with only one way out when seated this was quite difficult to manage with the kids up and down all the time and using a highchair for the baby.
