Preston's Restaurant in Tendring

Beautiful Pub, and surroundings did not get the chance to eat. But we will be returning to gorgeous venue very soon. Will update when we have .

Great food ,lovely people ,and the Sunday lunch is just amazing .go and try this lovely locally owned country pub ,you won't be disappointed 👍

Brilliant pub, food was top notch and staff were friendly and helpful.

Not been for many years, tonight I decided to take a small 2 mile walk across a muddy field to try out the food with a couple of pints, staff on point food A1. See you soon,Chris

The six bells was a great find for my hiking buddies and I a few years ago. Been going back when I can since then. Latest visit was Sunday 30th Jan 2022 for Sunday roast. Had the beef, excellent, well stocked with a variety of vegetables and the sirloin was perfect. It’s a great place, loads of space, wood fires, great friendly staff, plenty of menu options and real ale. Thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely place: excellent food, friendly and attentive staff, great atmos, roaring log fire. Well worth a visit.

We stopped at this charming village pub for a quick pint whilst walking in the area. It was a Saturday lunchtime and we were surprised to find the pub was very quite. The decor inside was appealing and the staff were friendly. We sat in the garden area at the rear of the pub in a lovely setting and glorious sunshine. We enjoyed our visit so much that we returned at the end of our walk for another visit.

Warm and welcoming atmosphere, with great food. Gluten free options were delicious. Can't wait to go back.

A decent offering in a cutesy village setting with kid and dog friendly service inside and out.

Lovely country pub with loads of character. Good food and really friendly staff. We camped in the field behind which is basic but suited us for an overnight break. Situated in a quaint little street with a little churchyard 5 minutes stroll away. Definity recommend this place.
