Quality Food in Tendring

I have been using Quality Dinner for years. Any problems I have had they have always resolved. However my last order was inedible. (The previous order was burnt but edible and I didn't ask them to replace it). Called to tell them this expecting them to replace the items in my order that were inedible as they just tasted of pure salt (excluding the pizza that was lovely). They told me that it was my taste buds and there was nothing wrong with the order and I had ordered lamb tikka shish, I told them that is what I always order but it is so salty it is inedible. Again I was told it was my taste buds and that the order was fine. I said ok I will rip up your menu and won't use you again (which I did and I won't). Very disappointed because when I get the young lady on the phone she is amazing.

The doner kebab had no taste to it and smelt badly . Chips were full of salt .I do not recommend anyone to go to it.it was disgusting

Food was disgusting. I would have enjoyed eating a box more. Chips were cold & and very cardboard like, nuggets have definitely been sat forhourss on a hot plate and not cooked fresh, they were rock hard. Binned it all, complete waste of money. I wouldnt even feed it to my dog. Its a joke to believe they feel this food was fit to serve. Never again.

Bought Lrge done kebab and chips. Two of us shared was brilliant tasted great service.

Amazing Pizza! Probably the best pizza I’ve had.The kids ordered mozzarella sticks and garlic bread to which I didn’t get a look in but I’m told they were amazing too! Good job team

Just remember the delivery person can only deliver once he has been given the delivery they get there Asquith as possible within the highways code act. If you're delivery is late which often it is complain at the restaurant as they will not take blame or can they cook fast enough to cater for your needs. Just remember it's a business they won't turn down you're order but the delivery person is the one dealing with the abuse bear it in mind.

I enjoyed the Lamb donor Kebab and Salad. The Chips though were a bit dried out. It helped us out though as me and Dad were stuck. The place looked clean and well presented. We have come before.

Just had the super burger with extra cheese and donna meat on top. It was one of the biggest burgers and the best tasting one you'll find in Clacton on sea

Had a delivery this evening and for the first time the food was not very nice. Had Chicken Shish, meat was cold, Chips in pitta bread, chips were cold. Never had bad food like this before not sure if the food had been lying in the shop awaiting delivery or the delivery driver had my food in his car for a while.

First time using them as told they are ok.Food was late by half an hour... not a good start. But burger I ordered was amazing so that's a plus my chips weren't cooked right but edibleI can't really complain.Would order again.
