Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely food . Very reasonable prices. While there they were very helpful for a customer who needed gluten free bread, and wiped everything down to ensure no transference, well done

Walked into the restaurant with my husband and son. When we walked in the place was completely empty and the woman with short blonde hair ( I am assuming it was the manager on shift on a Monday lunchtime) shouting at her staff “ screaming i told you lot before if I see this ( pointed to some large plastic ) in the bin again you’re going to be in trouble “ but she had our back to us so didn’t see us. But I was mortified 1. Because someone could talk to anyone like that let alone her staff and 2. The fact that this is what you lot call management in your company. It’s appalling. She was loud mouthed and very rude to all the staff the whole time we were there. I felt like suggesting to the staff ( who are young and very timid ) that they should start looking for jobs else where than take that. I should say the sandwich was lovely and the young staff who made the sandwiches for us were very friendly and nice.

Friendly staff, clean and well presented premises. Portion sizes, of sandwich fillings, not as generous as they used to be but I suppose that's what keeps the prices down. Always better than Greggs though.
