Blue Laguna in Three Rivers

I like to go with friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are yummy and the stuff is efficient and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we pass a cheerful time. highly recommended.

Needed a little treat during these abnormal times.! Blue lagoon did not disappoint. Nice well cooked meat and a good amount of salad.

I go to this lovely place quite a bit! This is the best place to dine. I visit this place routinely. The cooking is excellent, the staff is friendly and the payment is reasonable. I like being in this place to have a tasty meal.

I had a tortilla wrap and it just crumbled to pieces the chicken nuggets had a weird taste to them and the gave me the beans in a coffee cup with the lid on

The staff were incredibly rude, despite having eaten there a Lot, I felt that it's was mainly down to a change in staff that led to this experience and I hope they change this

We were staying in the Crabwall Manor hotel and ordered our delivery at 5:30pm that was reciepted with a prompt email from Just Eat with delivery time estimate of 6:30pm. At 6:45, still no food so I called Blue Lagoon and the person I spoke to lied and said they'd only just received the order. We finally got our food at 7:30pm but had to call the driver twice to see where he was. He said he was outside but was nowhere to be seen. The food was squashed and sauces were leaking out the containers.There was no apology from the restaurant or the driver. The whole experience was very sloppy and I would urge anyone else to try another kebab restaurant as these people don't seem to care about their cutomers. They had my phone number and if they had called to say they were running late I would have understood.The food was very bland to boot!

We left cruise late approx 3:20am, and as there were people outside i tried to ask what time they were open till, when doing so the owner slammed the door in my face and told me to leave. I was not trying to enter just wanted to know for the next time i was out, and even stated this to him. This behaviour is vile, and will not be tolerated by myself or my friends in uni. I will be taking my business to go fresco or garden lane and so will my 8 housemates and their friends. My 21st was saved by my friend who had oven chips in and bbq sauce to hand. Will never be visiting again.

I asked for a lamb shawarma and was given doner meat. I asked, besides lamb, what other ingredients are in the meat and I was dismissed and patronised. I told him that I was asking due to allergies and that I don't want to end up in hospital. He dismissed me again, I'm not going to eat it as I don't trust the guy
