Domino's Pizza Abbots Langley in Three Rivers

Absolutely saddened by how dominos have treated me, had to wait 1.15 hours and when I call they don’t care, I want the manager to contact me as have really been annoyed and going to tell people to go to papa johns

Not to bad, chose a pizza that had more 2 toppings and was declined that pizza cos it was not 2 toppings as the deal said but other dominos do which I found strange as im a regular,

After taking order nearly 1.5 hours ago, the centre is not even answering the phone. The worst customer service that I have seen. Watford branch is much better

Dominos used to be good value for money, when you ordered a pizza it had adequate toppings of your chosen pizza now they skimp on the toppings and the service has failed, it’s a shame as they used to be better then their competitors but seems like their margins have over ruled the customer service

Ordered Margherita pizzas for a Vegetarian kids party. Meat pizza arrived. Won't refund the full amout for the pizza even though we couldnt eat the food and it ruined a great day. Kids went hungry. Use the nearby Watford North Dominoes instead

Great service. Love the deals but why won’t they do the cheeseburger pizza at this branch? Heartbreaking

Poor customer service. Used to be able change the dip that comes with the pizza. Was told we get busy and we can't do it complain if you want.So i escalated to domino's direct and got a email from them saying the area manager has told all the stores not to change sauces. No apology for the rude member of staff.Never had issues with dominos before. But haven't ordered since and won't be. Luckily pizza hut now delivers here :)

Delayed delivery by nearly 2 hours, with staff constantly lying and saying its out for delivery and then admitting its not made yet. Manager started shouting at me, and not listening to my concern. Very disappointed with the service. I love Dominos, but clearly this is the wrong store.

Great pizza. The price is high but the quality is worth it. The staff there must have to work very hard for minimum wage there as its always busy. Best to order the lunch time specials. The manager is very kind and helpful. Would recommend.

Two separate orders. First we ordered extra mushrooms, pizza was delivered with barely any on it let alone extra. Second pizza was a half and half with a completely bare slice, like no toppings at all on it. I've since been offered a £10 voucher but have yet to receive it a week later. Would not recommend.
