Full Moon in Three Rivers

The food was truly dreadful.It all arrived cold, which turned out to be the least unpleasant thing about it.My lemon chicken had no lemon sauce and was dry and tough from being reheated for too long. I tried making palatable with a sauce from my cupboard but it was still harder to swallow than England's Euro 2020 final defeat.The meats in the other dishes were more fat than anything. Except that the chicken in the special fried rice, that was actually okay. The overall dish however was so bland it was like eating a James Blunt song.I haven't been this disappointed by something I spent money on since Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

I got a special fry rice today I paid £5 for rice 2 prawns 3 little bits of chicken and 3 little bits of ham i will not be eating there again

Awful awful ordered two weeks ago and prawns turned up burnt to be told “it’s the oil”Today ordered at 5pm ETA 45 mins , 2 hours 10 minutes later still not arrived , Apprently the driver left an hour ago but does not have a phone ?? Food turns up 3 items wrong despite it being an online order !! Also food is cold , prob because it’s done a tour of watford ! Person who answers the phone has no idea and found it funny !! 🤬🤬

Enjoyable take away ordered for collection through online which is very easy. They do deliver but just as easy to collect with some parking outside. Friendly staff, disappointed its only a 3 star food hygiene. Food is hot and tasty.

NEVER AGAINWe've ordered from Full Moon twice a week for a long time (bad i know) and have always had hit and miss meals but nothing bad enough to stop using them - UNTIL TODAY - we ordered our usual and i was quite frankly disgusted the rice was swimming in water which smelt the lamb in the black bean dish was a gristle and did not even look like lamb he took one mouth full and spat it out - the duck was at least half fat once id removed all of that and got to some of the meat it tasted so off it actually made me gag and i discovered it still had a lump where it was partially frozen still - We called the restaurant who were EXTREMELY rude despite us being more than regular customers but after 20 minutes their offer to us was replacement food which i definitely was not going to take after being made to feel so sick attempting to try what they had already provided us with so we requested a refund and for them to come and collect the food they had given - 2 hours and 25 minutes later the owner (male) turned up at our house a shouted HELLO at gone 10.30 at the top of his voice instead of just knocking my partner and i went outside to do the exchange and he slammed his car door shut and snatched the bag of food off of us opening every single container whilst telling us hes too busy to deal with this. He noticed that there was a small amount missing from the dishes that we had put on the plate before we realised the food was off and questioned us to which i replied obviously its in the bin from the plate - he then refused to give us any money back even partially because we hadnt put the spat out food from the plate back in the container for him to take back to the restaurant!!! Never again will i use these people

Who puts cucumber in a sweet and sour chicken???Rice over cooked and sticky.. not aloud special fried rice in my meal box even if i paid more money??Just dont go there its a waste of bloody money and time.

I decided to come here with a friend of mine. We ordered Spring Rolls and Egg Fried Rice. We only had to wait 15 minutes even though it had a lot of people. The food was very appetizing. I will certainly come back.

Very Appetizing! I came here with an old friend of mine, we ordered egg fried rice and spring rolls, it came quite quick! We were certainly impressed by Full Moon.And will definitely come here again!

I wasn’t too show on this takeaway after looking at the reviews of it although I still decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did because it the outcome of the food was amazing - it was delighting to eat. It wasn’t pricey at all and the food quality was great.

Definitely recommend. It was my first time ordering at this takeaway, the food delivered quickly and had great quality. It was hot when it came to my door so I very much enjoyed the experience of eating here.
