Golden House in Three Rivers

Unfortunately the food quality is very poor. Crispy duck was burnt beyond being edible, the noodle dish had no noodles in it. Nice ribs to be fair but I feel ripped off. I would avoid this restaurant.

AWFUL not one nice dish.Paid £60 for a meal easter Sunday & the chicken was dry, very little beef only 4 bits in the noodles which were also dry & tastless. The rice was in a sticky lump clearly it was not fresh & had been reheated. Even the prawn crackers which are normally fabulous were dreadful. That's an expensive meal to throw away.

Lovely people, a proper classic Chinese takeaway served with care, effort and generosity. Food from the heart.

Very nice fried rice and hot and sour soup

Great selection of Oriental dishes, popular chinese ones, chicken, beef, duck, pork, vegetable and seafood, thai dishes, chop suey, omelettes, noodles and rice... delicious and fairly priced... take-away didn't take long in delivery and the portions where good too! Would repeat again and recommend! Thank you!

Delivery experience: ordered salt & pepper squid and spicy ribs. Very disappointed. Both was flavourless and spare rib bone found in the squid.Pad Thai was again flavourless without the classic peanut garnish. Waste of money.Am very sorry to leave this review specially in the current climate where we are trying to support local businesses.

Consistently great food for both vegetarians and meat lovers!! Very nice people and deliver to Bovingdon (for a small charge) would highly recommend.

Used to be really good but got my order wrong twice in the last month and i live 2-3 miles away so wasnt gonna drive all the way back,last time was a couple of nights ago the woman behind the counter even repeated my order back to me yet i still ended up with the wrong order

I’m relatively new to the area and had been searching for a nice Chinese takeaway. We were recommended somewhere in little Chalfont but did not enjoy their food. We then decided to try the golden house as it is very local to us. We were not disappointed... the food has always been delicious, the people who work / own it are lovely and the time to prepare the food very prompt. We will continue to use the golden house chinese takeaway.

Chicken chow mien came as singapore noodles prawn toast not nice and Chicken balls had a funny taste.Sweet and sour chicken was ok and rice was good.Overall not satisfied and wont be ordering again.Back to our regular chinese in mill end!
