Harvester Croxley Green in Three Rivers

We had a lovely friendly waitress. Salad bar was nice. Chicken skewers were nice. I ordered chicken with cheese and bacon bbq sauce and chicken strips. The chicken breast was under cooked and very pink. It was sent back to be cooked more but still very pink inside. Could not eat much of that.The steak was also very very rare we asked for medium. Always check what you are eating. Very disappointed.

The Harvester was recommended to us by staff at the Premier Inn where we were staying.The restaurant was clean and inviting, the staff were really polite, professional and friendly- they genuinely looked happy to be at work.We all ate from the Easter special menu, which was excellent value for money and the portions were normal (huge) sized portions. Our server was Chloe who was brilliant! Our son really took to her (he is 9) and she was patient and kind, which he commented on and insisted we leave a 5* review. The food was excellent & delicious, we all left full and happy. Thank you for a great evening.

Recently refurbished, visited Thursday, with family, found the salad bar sadly lacking a number of the normal ingredients, mainly No lettuce?, no grated carrot , no pineapple, etc, ordered mixed griill for two of our party, but found the delay getting our food bit on the long side. Even worse when you got it , well ! The chips like warm, the steak poor , the chicken over done , in all a very poor experience. As a share holder in Mitchell's & Butlers, found the meal very poor and expensive, so much so I will have to think hard before going there again .I would avoid this Harvester if you want a nice meal, very disappointing.

Absolutely recommend this place if you really want to enjoy the time together with your partner , friends or family . Not clouded like a high street pub or restaurant. Very kind staff, specifically the Lady who was in charge with our table on valentines day :)

Dinner for 3. bbq chicken stack. Chicken burger and a steak combo...All Chicken was dry and looked like it had been sitting around since lunchtime. The steak, medium rare, was well done on edges and raw when cut into. Salad bar has changed and not as fresh or tasty. Fresh rolls felt like they'd just come out of thefridge. Won't be going there again

The waiter Patrick was so friendly and helpful. The meals were amazing and didn't have a wait to long for the food. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Chicken was so over cooked it was dry as a bone. A medium rare steak arrived burnt around the edges and raw in the middle. The only semi good thing was the chips but even they weren't that hot

I have to say I really enjoyed & appreciated the great service today. Very professional & attentive considering they were very busy. Well done peeps 10/10

We popped in for a family meal. Very nice service and polite staff. The restaurant was very clean. They even catered for a very fussy vegetarian. Jack the assistant manager was also very friendly
