J D Wetherspoon in Three Rivers

The staff were rude when taking the orders and not advising what was in or out of stock. Our food arrived with the steak well done instead of medium well, there were no kids options in for our son and the man who dealt with the issues we raised was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Good food. Wonderful service. Good prices on drinks. Wonderful atmosphere. I always drink here.

Good meeting place for old friends to get a non expensive drink . Good menu and now and again a Managers special with a good value tasty meal. Can be a bit noisy at times and some of the drinking clientele may not pass an over 18 test . Really a typical Weatherspoons you pays your money and takes your choice.

Good breakfast and great value but it wass difficult to find a table that was clean. Dont think they clear empty tables fast enough after people leave .

Spent a couple of hours here the other evening. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere in the pub was good, not like you get in some other Wetherspoons. Worth a visit for cheap drinks, half the price of the next place we went to.

Normally have great service here. Table was as usual super sticky. Not an issue as we always bring antibacterial surface wipes. Wasn't overly busy as 2pm on a Tuesday. Order spicy half chicken for me and cheese jacket for missus. Coffee for missus and mixed berry cider for me. 10 mins later we got our drinks slapped on the the table with barely a grunt. 10 mins after that grunter comes back and slaps a refund receipt on the table and says no chicken so we've refunded. Money will be back in your account in 3 to 5 days. Re order if you want something different. So they refunded the chicken. So order a burger for me missus tator still paid for so assume that's on its way and a pudding for my son. 10 mins after that my burger turns up and sons pudding. Still no tator. So ask the nice waitress about the spud. Few minutes pass and we still none the wiser so wife goes to bar only to be told you didn't reorder it. So wifey says it wasn't refunded so assumed it was still on order. Then the penny drops that they have cancelled whole order but only refunded my chicken. Was actually funny how bad the service was. Then they sent me the wrong drink . Not good yesterday.

Fantastic range of real ales and other good beers. Great value food and drink. Love ordering from your table with the app.

Nice little pub in the centre of the town. It like many of the Wetherspoon pubs is an old converted shop and there are various photos of it in it's past life.There's parking close by but prices vary from free on street, if you can find a space to expensive (compared to other local towns) in the town hall car park.Great range of beers and various local historical stories and pictures, including the eccentric squire.Worth a visit during shopping trips to the town.

The one star is because the staff were lovely. Place was filthy, food very poor quality, to the point I couldn't eat a bite, over cooked burgers in a dry bun and a few chips bunged on. Not a nice experience

Just had the most delicious large breakfast my wife had the traditional breakfast. Both very well presented and cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in the area . A thank you to all the staff for making the visit very enjoyable Sorry could not put any pictures as ate the breakfast to quick 😀
