I honestly do not know why we keep on ordering food from Three Rivers KFC. It is always a disappointment. Our meals are always incomplete....tonight the mash is half empty and the wraps bearly have anything in it. Money WASTED!!!

Their was some problem and couldn't pickup food at the drive through. Had to wait in the parking area for about 20 minutes.

Unfortunately I have to give it a low rating due to the fact that the staff do not clean the seating areas after it has been used and left filthy and that the staff use the seating for there own use and breaks resulting in less seating available for customers

I'm complimenting Lina for being a good Manager. All the things I've complained about are now back to it's normal standard. The chicken from this store is always fresh and very tender and juicy.

The service tonight was exceptional! We ordered online ended up in the drive through of the wrong kfc, phoned through 2min before closing, the still freshly prepared my order while i could wait comfortably in the warm restaurant for my fresh food. Really amazing service!!!! Thank you!!!

I will never go there again, I bought a nine piece for R124,90 through their drive through and I was told that my order doesn't appear on the screen where I should be getting my slip,that was fine but to my surprise they gave me nine drumsticks!!! Boom just imagine the audacity...I love KFC but Three Rivers neeverrrrr

Not the best sevice. Employees shouting at one another. Food was not to bad. Overall not a nice experience. 3 Jan 2021 The worst food I bought in my life. That place will never see me again. BAD BAD and the worst client service. Look at the photo. Lettuce days old.

What a disaster.3rd time i am complaining no one gets back to me.Today i got lettuce stem in my burger no sauce bun was stale think would rather eat dog vomit.Shame on KFC
