Paya Cuisine in Three Rivers

4/6 dishes were unedible, after trying them I rang the restaurant to which when I spoke to the owner/manager, this was an experience in itself he was very rude and wouldn’t give me a refund due to me touching the food to which I said to him how am I meant to know if the food is unedible if I don’t touch it 😬 he then goes on to say I can give you £10 credit for a reorder baring in mind this was a £55 order and literally 95% of the food was still remaining, he then proceeded to start raising his voice and eventually hung up, I would strongly advise that no one orders fromhere if you enjoy a decent Chinese.

The food was okay,, unfortunately the Pad Thai I ordered was not received instead I got a spicy chicken soup? dish, however I received a refund so no major complaints

This is the best Chinese food place ever. I’ve been eating here for almost 3 years now. Their food here is amazing. The food is so warm and delicious. So flavorful! The service here is fantastic the person in the front is always so nice. I would recommend eating here! Best Chinese

I have been going here to eat for the past 6 months and I can say it is the best Chinese food I know. The employees are so nice and friendly.Its very clean and a welcoming place. The food is very delicious and freshly made. Love this place would totally recommend : )

Salt and pepper chicken, foo yung and curries are all excellent and much better than other takeaways. Sweet and sour chicken below average though. Also one of the only takeaways that give you complimentary fortune cookies and Chopsticks, always a nice touch

Amazing food , always fresh and tasty, with a vast selection of mains to choose from. The price is incredibly reasonable as well.  It is really worth the trip to go their. The combination meals are always generous and really make a substantial meal for one sitting.

Whenever I'm in town visiting my in-laws I have to stop to get a plate. Food is fresh, service is fast and they give large serving sizes!

Lovely take away food. I'd definitely recommend the steak and black pepper dish. Staff were so friendly and cheerful. Warning to anyone coming from Liverpool though, it's not like our take aways, you don't get rice or chips with the meal, you have to order separately. I was gutted when I got back to the hotel and had no rice to go with my meal. I'd definitely eat here again.

Absolute scam artists. Used to really enjoy ordering from here, have ordered over a dozen times, but now they are incapable of getting an order on time any more.I understand that places get busy but putting unrealistic times on Just-Eat and then instead of setting the food as out for delivery or still cooking, they just pretend it's already delivered. 25-45 minute estimate, 2 hours later and apparently the driver left 40 minutes ago, we're an 8 minute drive away.Not to mention, the portion sizes have nearly halved for certain dishes with no decrease in price. Don't waste your time or your money.Edit: Food has arrived, they've sent the wrong noodles, the "spicy" nasi goreng is bland, to all who tasted it & the quality of the meat on the ribs is shocking. Awful.
