Very sad to say this, but the prices are now ridiculous. Portions measly. Quality ok but it’s all just…. A big rip off for something so ‘standard’! Lovely people but it’s all just tired and needs a total refresh. For these prices it should be a lot better

Fantastic Food better than Sathi's

Wonderful food, very enjoyable. Unfortunately on our previous two visits we were overcharged. Once is forgiveable, twice is suspicious. A shame, I won't be returning.

Even during this Pandemic, this restaurant has been there for my grandparents. The manager always greets me and my family with so much energy . The food was excellent, particularly the lamb korai and chicken tikka. Thank you !

A surreal experience. Unbelievablely awful service, with very average food.We were sat down for exactly 2 hours before our food arrived (from 7.30 to 9.30); 2.5 hours for our friends on an adjacent table.Staff routinely ignored us to take our order. Eventually took them 30-45 minutes to finally deliver our table's drinks. Likewise for our food order. All takeaways took priority over us. We saw at least 10 people shuffle in and disappear with green bags of food before we got ours.OK, so we were are large group of 18, but we were all from our local church, and most of us driving so not a rowdy bunch by any stretch. This seemed to have been their strategy: ignore us, keep the takeaways happy - all on a Friday night. No apology for anything. Really disconnected staff. They seemingly needed to wait for the restaurant to empty and all takeaway orders to subside before attempting to serve us. Didn't seem to be able to function as AC restaurant serving food. I would've expected our food to be very staggered, given our numbers but this was another level. We *might have got a small discount but only after an 20 minute debate between the manager and our pastor (!) and another friend - although I gave up listening, I was so tired. The manager did say, laughably, I quote because it's so amazing, "If you can't wait two hours then you shouldn't come!" So there you have it.My lamb was dry; the sauce was good. The portions were small. Several friends were left for around 15 minutes with either meat or rice whist waiting for the other. My friend wanted to forgive them 😂 and not tell anyone; I feel I am doing a more loving gesture by telling you, and them, so that your can make an informed choice, and they can hopefully smarten up their act.We shall not be returning next year. Or we might do for a laugh.

Just ordered our first curry from Sujoy and it didn't disappoint. Staff were friendly and quick and the food was lovely! Thank you

Been going here since I was a boy. Prices have got a little steep but the food is always outstanding. I compare all other Indian cuisine to the food at Sujoy and I've only found a few that match it.

When i got there it was empty! Saturday night as well. Staff were friendly , but food was very poor.the sauce in the curry was insipid and tasteless. Chicken had no flavour, very dissapointed.

Not the best to be honest. Curry was a little watery and the onion Bajhi's are probably the worst i've ever had. Flavour-wise it was ok but it's not somewhere I would particularly go back to if i'm honest. Was clean though to be fair
